A déconseiller
Un hôtel qu’il faut mieux éviter. Réceptionniste sympathique qui a 23h après appel au directeur voulait bien nous changer de chambre suite aux odeurs nauséabondes, la moquette tachée les moisissures sur les murs, etc, mais on refusé car installé et fatigué. Puis on a découvert que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas car la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, où nous avons été bien reçus. La vieille-ville est à 5 minutes de marche et la station de bus également. Le personnel accueillant est un plus.

Pros: clean room, staffs are polite and professional, walking distance to the bus station and to the touristy areas Cons: Thw was not working, staff apologized and said its programmed on heating at the moment and she provided me with a fan. Bathroom size is really very small and inconvenient. No napkins in the room (just toilet papers). No coffee maker in the room The complimentary breakfast would be nicer if it can be an open buffet style instead of by order, it was nice, but lower quality in comparison to other 4 star hotels Overall, i would rate the hotel and the service as 3 stars hotel

Great stay
Had a great stay at Port In Hotel. Nice room, good location, nice staff and modern facilities. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but still quite decent. Would not have any hesitate to go back

The hotel is in a great location just outside the old town, with a few nice restaurants near by. It has free parking outside the hotel or via a parking lot 200m away which the hotel will give you an access card for. The reception staff are really nice and nothing is too much trouble 🙂 The rooms are nice, comfy bed, TV and a mini bar. Some minor repairs needed in the room, the toilet seet was broken. Found an old open bottle of wine in the mini bar from a previous guest. Breakfast is ok, but i found that the server didn't always get my order correct. Asked for black coffee and got white etc Overall it was a nice stay and i would happily come back again.

My partner and I stayed at the Porto In for 1 night. Staff was very pleasant, rooms are air conditioned and quite big. Bed was comfortable and walk in shower was powerful. The hotel was easy to find and it’s also very conveniently located near the old town in Kotor. There were a few negatives during our stay: * There was no toilet roll available upon arrival, the receptionist provided small sheets of toilet paper instead. * Rooms are a little out dated and the carpet had a lot of stains. * We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel facing the main road and the windows are not sound proof. So if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest that you request a room at the back of the hotel, hopefully this would minimise the noise. * Breakfast - receptionist stated upon check in and on the documents she provided, breakfast started at 7am. We showed up for breakfast at 7am and was told breakfast started at 7:30am (confused). * On street parking near the hotel is very tight, if you are not a confident driver this might be an issue. There was a-lot of traffic on this road.

Fabulous location, 100 metres from old city. The room is very modern; one quirk is that the roof slopes in the en-suite, so you have to kinda lean back to urinate. Breakfast was quite good

Convenient location close to the old town
Modern hotel in a convenient location, close to the old town. Facilities and service are somewhat impersonal. Cheaper than other accomodation options in the old town, but without their charm. Breakfast (not a buffet) is ok, but not exceptional. Being able to park in the street below the hotel is a plus.

Front desk staff was nice and very helpful. Didn't care for the room as carpeting needed cleaning and fire alarm system had a flashing bright light that went off constantly. This light was right over the bed disturbing my sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, near the city walls, near the bus station, and near a useful small supermarket. The bedroom (top floor) was quiet at night. However: the staff spoke a bit of English but not great. For example, the air-conditioning was too loud and too cold and we couldn't adjust it. BUT we decided not to ask the staff because we were worried they would misunderstand and switch it off completely! The room safe didn't work and they said they would fix it the next day - three days later, nothing had happened. Some curtains were missing so there was too much light in the room in the early morning - take an eye-mask. But these are all small things really. The staff tried to be helpful and were basically pleasant and friendly. Overall: a good choice if you can ignore some minor things.

Great hotel!
Great hotel in Kotor. It's very close to old town and has wonderful lake views right outside your doorstep, so in my opinion even better than staying in old town. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. I'm Vegan and they made sure I was well fed for breakfast and dinner. Any issues I had were fixed immediately. Great hotel.

The hotel is rather small, but clean and staff is nice. The location is pretty nice, walking distance to old town. But the wifi is weird, we need to turn on the tv to enable the wifi.

Convenient stay in Kotor
Lady in reception was very helpful to pick up a restaurant with good, local food inside the city walls. The room were clean and the bed was good. If you are a light sleeper there are some noice from the street below, but it didn't bother me at all. I slept well. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to offer, though it didn't start at 7 am as they told me, but 20 minutes later. However, they apologized the delay. I was in a hurry to catch an early bus so I didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast to the fulliest. The location of the hotel is good for catching an early bus.

Nice hotel close to old town
The hotel is really well situated just a few minutes walk from the old town. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the room was very nice and breakfast was very good, particularly the omelettes.
