On a vraiment était ravi de notre séjour au Park royal ! Une suite au 24eme étage magnifique, très spacieux, calme, lit super confortable… Réceptioniste super chou… Piscine au 31 eme étage agréable avec 2 jacuzzi mais dommage le système de bulles fonctionner pas aux 2 ! Je recommande fortement Prendre absolument les taxi avec Grab !!

Good choice for location and family stay.
Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment! Great for a family. Beds and bathroom are clean, but the corners, lamps, drawers, windows and other details could be cleaner! Staff was very attentive when I mentioned this. All in all a very good choice for our stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Spacieux proche métro aérien et du Chinatown local
Bien qu’ayant pris un peu d’age, cet établissement et 100% bien entretenu et extrêmement confortable. Le personnel est excellent beaucoup de service inclus jusqu’à même vous prêter des adapteurs pour prises de courant. Les 2 piscines sont pas mal ainsi que la salle de fitness. La situation géographique permet de visiter la ville confortablement en transport en commun.

De passage à Kuala Lumpur en famille avec des enfants de 5 et 9 ans l'hôtel est top de par le standing et de la situation Car à 2 pas des quartiers animées ce qui n'est pas un luxe Car le trafic y est insupportable donc vraiment à faire .

Parfait pour visiter Kuala Lumpur.
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel afin de découvrir Kuala Lumpur. Le monorail est juste à côté et de grands centres commerciaux sont accessibles en marchant un peu. Le choix au petit déjeuner est léger mais varie tous les jours. Notre chambre était spacieuse et tout équipée mais aurait nécessité un petit rafraichissement.

Pratique, bien placé, piscine ridicule
Accueil froid, nous avions envoyé un mail pour demander une suite dans les hauteurs, la reception, nous affirme ne rien avoir reçu, même avec le mail sous les yeux... Petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible, piscine ridicule. Le quartier est sympa, par contre c'est le quartier des discothéques et bars branchés, donc, bruyant la nuit. Sympa pour faire la fête. Bien situé, entre les tours et les quartiers animés, métro en face, ou petite promenade à pied, etc. Pas besoin de taxi, contrairement à ce que nous a expliqué le réceptioniste qui a essayé maladroitement de nous placer son taxi préféré, c'est une perte de temps, mauvaise circulation... Le personnel, service et accueil pas terrible, pas formés et trop vicieux, ménage correct.

L'appartement de l'hôtel est fabuleux, moderne, propre, spacieux. Le personnel est serviable est disponible.l'hôtel dispose de 2 piscine avec une profondeur de 1.20 important pour celui qui a des enfants. Le petit déjeuner est très correct, mais pas exceptionnel, le buffet n'est pas tres varie pour les gourmants. c'est pourquoi je met une note globale de 4 sinon l'hôtel mériterai un 5.

Hotel parfat, très bien placé au centre de kuala lumpur à 5 min du monorail et à 1km des petronas twin towers. Plein de petits restos à côté et des bars (mojitos très bons). piscine au dernier etage superbe. Personnel au top, tout est parfait. À recommander sans hesitation.

Splendide hôtel à Kuala Lumpur
Excellent séjour à Kuala Lumpur, hôtel bien placé, proche des Tour Petronas et des principales attractions de la ville. Vue splendide depuis la chambre, sur la KL Tower. Suite immense, d'une propreté immaculée, service impeccable, piscine spectaculaire sur le toit, à ne surtout pas manquer !!

L'endroit parfait pour un séjour agréable à KL ! Bien situé, studio super confortable : beaucoup plus spacieux qu'une chambre d'hôtel pour un prix similaire, la cuisine et le salon en prime! Accueil chaleureux, ils nous ont aidé à récupérer nos valises perdues quelque part entre Paris et KL. A recommander ! Tout près du super quartier de Bhukit Bintang.

n'hesitez pas, a recommander
Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour dans cet hotel, et nous y retournerons certainement. Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et propre (manque peut être une lumière près du lit). Le personnel est à l'écoute et près à rendre service.

Tres bon hôtel, accueil chaleureux du personnel et a disposition pour tous services et renseignements. Chambres spacieuses et propres équipées d'une baignoire et douche, d' un centre de fitness, 2 piscines une au 1er étage et la 2eme sur le toit au 31 ème étage! Hôtel proche de restaurants et bars variés sur la place de Bukit Bintang ainsi que des transports en communs. A recommander pour tous ceux qui souhaitent trouver confort et commodité des lieux

Bonne situation
Cet hôtel est très bien situé, les tours Petronas sont accessibles à pieds. Notre chambre était spacieuse et équipée d'une kitchenette. L'entretien global de l'hôtel est très satisfaisant, et l'hôtel dispose de deux piscines ce qui est agréable en plein centre de KL.

Confortable et impéccable
Très satisfaits de cet hôtel propre et confortable, bien situé. La cuisine est parfaite, juste un petit effort à faire quand on arrive avec un enfant, il pourrait y avoir deux lits automatiquement plutôt qu'un king size dans lequel on nous propose de dormir à 3, notre fils de 10 ans a donc eu un drap pour dormir sur le sofa...mais pas de lit d'appoint !

A première vue, l'hôtel est très accueillant il y a des personnes qui s'occupent des bagages à l’arrivée, s'occupe de commander des taxis si vous en avez besoin. L'entrée est bien grande avec un rafraichissement, et des petits salons agréables. Le bureau d'entrée est en face de l'entrée. Le personnel est accueillant et polit. L’ascenseur est rapide surtout lorsque la chambre se trouve au 24 ème étages. Quand à la chambre, c'est une suite studio avec cuisine équipée un petit salon et un grand lit. La salle de bain est composée d'une douche et à côté une baignoire qui fait douche aussi, les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain.La pièce est spacieuse, et le lit immense.
