A une virgule pres de la perfection !
Nous avons ete agreablement surpris par l'accueil tres chaleureux de tout le personnel (accueil, serveurs, administration, cuisine, portier, femmes de chambre), depuis notre arrivée, jusqu'à notre départ ! Toujours le sourire aux levres et reponse en douceur meme si parfois une incomprehension s'installait par rapport a la langue ... Le petit-dejeuner etait extraordinaire, du jamais vu !!! La piscine etait giga, magnifique et tres propre ! La salle de sport, excellente car complete ! Le coach connaisseur et super sympa ! Hotel tres bien concu avec l'accessibilité directe au Sunway Lagoon et au centre commercial !!! L'interieur comme l'exterieur de l'hotel : parfait !!!!

Idéal pour le Sunway lagoon et les courses.
A 1H de l'aéroport et à 1 H du centre de Kuala Lampur. Nous sommes allés en fin de séjour dans cet hôtel qui possède un hall de luxe de grand ebeauté. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un palace. La piscine est splendide. Les chambres ne sont pas à l'image du hall malheureusement mais elles font le job. nous étions 4 et ils n'avaient prévus que 2 lits. Nous avons dû réclamer les draps pour le canapé : dans 1 5 étoiles, cela n'arrive jamais

Séjour à cet hôtel exclusivement pour le Sunway Lagoon et du coup dommage que les clients de l'hôtel ne bénéficient pas d'un tarif préférentiel pour le parc ou d'un tarif de chambre incluant un accès direct au parc. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque, hôtel impressionnant et centre commercial à proximité au top ! Bémol, la chambre avec king size est un peu vieillissante !

Nous avons passé nos 2 dernières nuits en Malaisie dans cet hôtel et le moins que l'on puisse écrire c'est qu'il mérite largement sa note. Tout a déjà été dit: service, propreté, situation TOP! Et que dire du petit déjeuner? SOMPTUEUX! A conseiller très clairement!

I have used this hotel for business travel over the last 20 years. It has fantastic staff but let down by cheap cost cutting by the hotel. Cocktail hour in the 20th Lounge has been cut by half an hour, (why when I am paying extra for the privilege of using the lounge?), and breakfast is not longer available in the lounge. Breakfast in the restaurant is second rate at best and there are long queues, which is a change from the past. Room prices have substantially increased since before Covid, which makes this hotel a "maybe" for my next trip.

We stayed in a waterventure suite with two queen beds side by side. Lots of space for us to move around. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was ok (but not great). There is direct access to the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park from first floor of the hotel, which is a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay.
