Attention ils m'ont escroqué 600 Ringgit à l'arrivée dans l'hôtel. Ils m'ont demandé une empreinte de carte puis ils m'ont dit que c'était une carte de débit et que ce n'était pas possible. Ils m'ont demandé du cash pour couvrir les frais éventuels pour 500 Ringgit. Puis lors du check out ils m'ont rendu en cash ce que je n'avais pas consommé. Je me suis aperçu de l'escroquerie lorsque j'ai consulté mon compte en banque et que j'ai vu ces 600 ringgit prélevé sur mon compte. Il me semble que la direction de cet établissement est complice et après envoyé 2 emails je n'ai pas reçu de réponse de remboursement de leur part. Si vous allez dans cet Hôtel, soyez vigilant malgré les 5 étoiles.

Excellent location, walking distance from all main malls, attractions etc.Overall a very good hotel except for the unfriendliness of the staff and very poor food qualities in all outlets, beside been too pricey. Breakfast selection poor selections & quality with constant cold food. Very poor fruits selections - not even bananas, mango etc available. Pool very large with poor Food & Beverage facilities and very noisy due to the A/C fans from Pavilion mall just next to the pool. Sunny pool from 10am till 4.30pm with plenty shapes available.

A very central hotel within KLCC, and all that there is to offer. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty. The pool provided welcome relief from the heat, and the gym looks quite well set up. I'd be happy to stay again.
