Bathroom needs renovation
The staff is very nice and helpful. They helped me getting a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. The room is spacious enough but the window does not close perfectly so noise came in from the outside. The bathroom needs a renovation. Breakfast was OK, not a great choice pastries but it's not that common in this part of the world so I don't complain. Very close to the Petronas Towers and a couple shopping malls right across the street.

Positive: - Lot of choice for breakfast - Very well located, walking distance to almost everything, metro station and shopping malls within 5 min walk, food truck park next-door Negative: - Dirty and worn out towels - Sheets, covers and pillows not clean at all - Badly isolated, at least one centimeter between terrace door and door frame - Staff could be nicer, no hello/bye/thank you - High deposit amount required at check-in

Ayant déjà sejournée dans cet hotel, il y a quelques années, j'avais un très bon souvenir. C'est pourquoi, lors de ce séjour, j'ai été un peu déçu, Mais à KL, cela reste un bon hôtel par rapport à la qualité/prix et il est surtout très bien placé car central.

Had a great stay. Friendly staff and good room. Pool is really nice. Be mindful that there is a large construction going on next to the hotel which made a lot of noise...and will probably continue for a long time.

Location is close to petronas tower and KLCC station. Hotel is dated and not to be looked after. Especially bathroom is very old but there was housekeeping everyday. It was a quick check in and check out.

Great location! Only 3-5 minutes walk to access to the KLCC station. And less than 10 minutes walk to KLCC park and twin tower. This hotel has an excellent breakfast selections. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They also have great service after checking out. I asked if I can leave our suitcases while we go for sightseeing before going to the airport, and yes they have this service. Also this hotel was letting us to take shower at the second floor beside the pool area. Very thoughtful hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It is in the center of klcc, good choice for city walk. The hotel is little old, room doesn’t look like 4star hotel level. No slippers or brush, toothpaste provided in room when I arrived, had to ask for it.

Great Breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location-very walkable and easy access to malls, KLCC park, Petronas towers. There was a water issue before we arrived. The hallway smelled of mildew. There was no hot water but everything was fixed by next morning. The water pressure was good and hot temp. The front desk was very attentive to assure us the problem was fixed. The room was clean but was quite worn as was the hallway carpet. The bed is comfortable - mattress is more on the firm side. Air con is cold. Water is provided in the room each day. The breakfast buffet is outstanding- highly recommend. The breakfast menu changes daily.

A wonderfully central property with lots of walkability, and two train stations on different lines close by. It has a lovely old school luxury foyer. The rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathroom, and it is most definitely not quiet. We were on the 8th floor and could still hear lots of street noise. Staff were lovely and attentive and caring — definitely 5 star level service. It’s a great family hotel, which didn’t appeal to us as a childfree couple. I didn’t use the pool as too many children in it. I’d still happily stay there again if I couldn’t get into one of my preferred hotels, which is what happened in this instance. EXPEDIA MESSED US AROUND WITH A SCAM LISTING AND I’M STILL FIGHTING FOR A REFUND!

The only good thing about this hotel is the distance to KLCC. It’s at a walkable distance from KLCC. The rooms were not clean. Hair could be seen all over the room and was not cleaned. Bedsheet also wasn’t clean , had stains . The pathway to the rooms also had smell and moulds could be seen. The property needs serious renovation . Not worth the money paid for. Not at all recommended.
