Hormis le lit, nettoyage succinct de la chambre . Salle de bain étroite et non pourvue d'étagères de rangements. 3 à 4 minutes d'attente avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Problème de chaînes de TV ( mal réglées ) En résumé, déçu.

Hotel parfaitement situé, de grande classe
Hôtel idéal pour visiter Cracovie. Notre séjour de 3 jours a été parfait. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont grandes et parfaitement entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux. Je ne peux que recommander chaudement cet établissement de grand caractère.

Un seul problème : l'insonorisation, peut être difficile, car les chambres donnent toutes sur des rues à bars et boites de nuit. Les clients font aussi la fête assez bruyamment dans les rues... nous étions 6 adultes dans 3 chambres a deux étages différents, mais personne n'a été épargné! c'est dommage car l'hôtel est très bien situé;

Impressions plutot bonnes. Gentillesse du personnel et serviabilité très bonne. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Seul bémol, la situation de ma chambre qui donnait sur une rue où se trouvait un café-bar avec de la musique jusqu'à pas d'heure. Donc chambre très bruyante : Il faudrait mettre du double vitrage ou à défaut fournir des boules "quies" (que j'ai du moi-même acheter et j'ai mieux dormir la 2ème nuit forcément!).

Grâce aux commentaires d'autres voyageurs, nous avons demandé une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. Personnel efficace, cherchant à résoudre tout problème y compris ceux de visites touristiques n'ayant aucun rapport avec l'hôtel.

SAUF ..... que j'ai eu une très belle chambre donnant sur la rue ..... et juste en face il y a deux bars-discothèques avec des allées et venues très tard dans la nuit, beaucoup de bruit ... et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées Donc impossible de dormir avant la fermeture DONC UN SEUL CONSEIL ..... Christmas trip to Krakpw
We had a lovely trip, the hotel was beautiful and in such a great location for the Christmas Market. We were extremely lucky that we had snow ! The room was spacious and had everything that that you would require. The breakfast that was included in the price was delicious, again had a lot of choice. We highly recommend , would definitely return

A mistake to book this.
It looks deserted, empty and dark. It was probably a nice hotel in it s day but not anymore. They have security staff that don t speak English and have no education of what a 5 star hotel is.

Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus yöpyä kyseisessä hotellissa. Sijainti erinomainen, muutaman kymmenen metrin päässä keskustorilta.Huoneet siistit ja hyvin äänieristetyt, mitään ääniä ei kuulut ulkopuolelta. Aamiainen erittäin hyvä ja kaikki laitettu kauniisti esille. Pöytää täydennettiin jatkuvasti, joten mistään ei ollut puutetta.Ainoa miinus automaattikahvista, mutta sitähän se taitaa nykyään olla melkein kaikkialla. Aamiaishuone oli rauhallinen ja miellyttävä. Tyylikäs hotelli henki menneen maailman eleganssia. Erittäin hyvä mieli jäi näistä yöpymisistä ja todellakin vastinetta rahalle.

We had a lovely time staying in this hotel/palace. Description of palace is only appreciated once you see the inside of this place. Grand interiors with amazing corridors, our room had an incredibly high ceiling with equally high window, double entrance doors. It was well set out with plenty of surface areas and cupboard space. Room, bathroom and entire hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Staff were ever present, always helpful but not intrusive. English was not a problem at all. Location was excellent. Highly recommend Tradycyjne Polskie Smaki Restaurant across the road for Pirogis.

5 Star building but 2 Star service . Disappointing
I only saw about five guests in my seven days there and I still had to wait till 4 pm to check in. Why?. Great location and nice old building inside— marble stairs and pillars etc. Good wifi in the room. I think I was shunted away to the furthest away room, that was No. 68 It said there was a coffee maker but there wasn’t one. Only a kettle. There was only two sachets of Nescafé and powder milk but because there was no housekeeping for my first five days they were not replaced and I had to buy my own coffee and milk outside. Very poor. There was no drawers to put my clothes away and the narrow wardrobe had a rail but no hangers. Very poor. Air conditioning didn’t work and after three times asking over five days it finally did get fixed. Very poor. 32 channels on the television but only one English speaking channel which was a French news channel. Very poor. Good shower and hot water but bathroom extract didn’t work and there was only one small circular piece of soap. Remember this is a room with two single beds therefore potentially two people. I had to buy my own soap. Very poor. Room service menu very limited. Only four main course choices. Two of pork, one of duck and one of trout. None of which I eat. No chicken, meat or pasta. Very poor. So to sum it all up, l paid on average £125—approximately 150 Euros per night for all these failings. Very poor. So disappointing. Word of advice — I can’t comment on other rooms but DO NOT accept room No 68.

Gammelt, velholdt hotel. Perfekt beliggenhed i Old Town. Venligt personale. Kun morgenmaden trækker ned. Ringe udvalg, mælk, juice mm ikke på køl. Ville gerne bo på hotellet igen, men absolut ikke tilkøbe morgenmad. Der er mange caféer i nærheden, som tilbyder bedre og billigere alternativer.

Hotell med stil
Ett lysande alternativ i Gamla stans hotelldjungel - klassiskt elegant, en tyst oas. Oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tyckte parkeringen var dyr o då hjälpte man till att peka ut dom svårfunna p-automaterna för att kunna parkera på gatan en kort promenad från hotellet (mycket billigare!).
