I sincerely apologize to you for any technical faults in the proper functioning of the air conditioning and the insufficient number of bathroom cosmetics and accessories in the rooms (coffee, milk). I would also like to know whether you reported the problem regarding the air conditioning and other irregularities to the hotel reception, whether an employee of the technical department intervened, or whether your reports were ignored by the staff in any way?We are very committed to improving the level of services and eliminating all errors; over the last few months, our staff has been thoroughly trained in positive communication with guests, including: in responding quickly and effectively to their needs and comments.I very much regret that your expectations regarding the level of service at our hotel were not met, and I apologize on behalf of the entire staff.
