First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for any behaviors that may have caused any bad feelings to your girlfriend.
I would also like to inform you that we are a global company that is not subject to such behavior, and the evidence for that is that we have more than 23 nationalities around the world are working in the resort from different colors, religions and beliefs, and they are working in a perfect harmony.
The resort is subject to internal laws and policies that prohibit unmarried individuals from staying in a hotel even if he/she resides in the state, and this is how most, if not all, hotels in Kuwait have been put in place.
Any exception, it is necessary to take the approval from the duty manager to assess the situation in a way that does not harm the reputation of the hotel and not because of a religion, color or belief.
One last time, kindly accept my apology, with sincere thanks and appreciation.
