Bon hébergement à prix correct à Kona
Appartement plutôt confortable même si la salle de bain et la cuisine mériteraient un petit coup de neuf. Proche de la mer et du centre animé de Kona en voiture.

+ Emplacement + Tranquillité + Taille des locations + Equipement / vaisselles mis à disposition + Climatisation ! Que dire à part que notre séjour (7 nuits) ici était très bien. Il n'y a pas grand chose à reprocher... Si on veut se rapprocher du parfait, une rénovation - ou des équipements plus récent - ne ferait pas de mal mais ce n'est pas indispensable pour l'instant.

Idéal pour un séjour comme à la maison
Séjour très agréable dans un Condo 1 chambre à l'étage. Tout l’équipement nécessaire et même plus est disponible dans l’appartement (lave linge, sèche linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine, blender, grille pain...). Pas de service de chambre pour les séjours courts, mais sur simple demande, quelqu’un vous apporte début quoi recharger: café, lessive, papier WC, etc... Nous n’avons pas utilisé ces services mais il est possible de réserver un court de tennis (location matériel payante), emprunter des dvds. Plusieurs piscines et jacuzzi ainsi que barbecues à disposition. Grand parking couvert.

Merveilleux séjour.
Endroit formidable, très propre, bonnes commodités, stationnement et wi-fi gratuit, piscine accessible et propre. Très bien situé entre la ville de Kona et le reste de l'ile (comme le site Captain Cook ou le parc national des volcans. Bref, à louer sans hésitation!

Grand appartement fonctionnel, confortable et très propre. Avec machine à laver, sèche linge et lave vaisselles. Correspond au descriptif. Ensemble de la résidence très propre et bien entretenue ainsi que la végétation. Plusieurs petites piscines propres. Parking sous terrain. Voiture fortement conseillée. Bon emplacement pour l'ouest de l'île, proche autoroute. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour très sympa, le personnel (notamment Ross !) est vraiment adorable! Piscine et Jacuzzi parfaits pour se détendre après une journée à se balader sur l'île. On vous conseille de louer une voiture dès l'aéroport car les transports sur Big Island ne sont pas évidents...

Beautiful landscaping around the area and plenty of amenities. Staff overall was wonderful also. Only had two issues during the stay that I reduced a star with: 1. Was supposed to get a welcome packet at the beginning and was never offered. Finally found out at the end that we should have had it and the person said there was no point in getting it anymore. Yet their sign at the desk said they gave Kona coffee and other items with it, that we still would have enjoyed. 2. The parking is really far from the overall buildings making it a long walk anytime you take your car out, especially for groceries.

The ground were beautiful and the rooms were big. It is a bit dated and rundown. The gym is…..sad. But the location is great and it was nice to have a kitchen and two separate bedrooms for our family of four.

Amazing stay for a family of four (two adults qnd two kida) - felt like a we were staying in a townhouse! Very clean property, conviniently located to the snorkeling boats launching base, supermarket and take out food, and being on the west side of the island - was dry most of the day (some drizzle in the evening). We will definitely recommend and stay again for our next visit to the island.

It was a great stay for the price. 2 bedroom was excellent for our family, with everything we needed provided. With 6 pools to choose from we often had pool to ourselves. Staff was accommodating to our requests. Quiet and safe. CVS, restaurants, gas station, and great beaches nearby! There were some noticeable maintenance needed for the outdoor backyard area but it was private and large.

We enjoy our stay at this place!. The check in process was really easy and fast, friendly staff. They have washer and dryer inside the villas and they provide you with soap it was very convenient for us because we didn't have to come back with a bunch of wet and duty clothes. Our flight back home was at 10:30p.m. and check out was at 10a.m. so they gave us the option to leave our luggage at the front desk so we were able to enjoy the island on the last day without having to worry about leaving anything in the car. They also give us the opportunity to showered there at the property before leaving to the airport, they even provided us with everything we needed for the whole family like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, wash clothes and towels, that was really nice of them and we appreciated very much.

Living here is very surprising, with two rooms and three bathrooms, the most comfortable place to live in Hawaii. The children said they must stay a few more days next time!

This property was amazing for families. Loved the unit layouts, great for families with young kids. Lots of pools, bbq’s for all to use. Units were clean, not brand new… but all in working condition. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Only downfall was parking was a distance from some units, but you could call concierge for a golf cart if you had lots to carry. If you like pickle ball or tennis, courts on site. And golf course next door. 2 minutes away from shopping centre, 15-20 min from downtown. Would stay here again.

Our unit needs a major upgrade. Tile in the kitchen was broken and it moved around and I stubbed my toes on it multiple times. It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies for the kitchen besides just a sponge. The dish washer popped a screw out and was really hard to close. All the tile felt dirty. Walls had peeling paint and trim. Door hinges were rusty. No hot water in our sinks downstairs. Reception staff was nice, but we were told they had stuff to rent that didn't actually have, like boogie boards. Could never get any pickleball gear and we tried multiple times. Everything just felt old. Barely enough dishes to cook with, but at least they were there. The beds were comfortable though, and the shower, while old, had good water pressure. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us.

We were pleasantly surprised with this resort. The room we were in was way more updated than the pictures and was like a 2 level 2 bedroom apartment! Staff was super nice. It is in a good location on the island to go to everything. There is a shopping center and food places 5-10 mins away. Pools are small but who needs those if you have the amazing beaches to go to? Definitely will go back.

There is a small pool and jacuzzi for each pod of condos. I believe they are working their way through to update them. We were in a pod that has not been updated so our pool area desperately needs work. Jacuzzi wasn't functioning. Furniture was run down. Paint chipping. Overall just run down.

The property is a little dated but they are currently doing upgrades, it was a perfect spot for a family, lots of room for people so no one was under foot. Having the full kitchen was great and there are BBQ's available. We a few problems with funding that worked but when we did it was convienent. Also 6 pools to choose from and the tennis and pickleball courts we just refinished and were awesome.

The condo was very spacious - loved that the bedrooms were on the main floor and the kitchen, living room, etc. were upstairs. Definitely could use some remodeling - everything was out-dated and the carpet needs to be replaced. The nearest swimming pool was undergoing remodeling but it wasn't that far to walk to another pool. Felt like we paid to much for what we got.
