Présentation de l'hôtel erronée
Avons été extrêmement déçu par cet hôtel. Nous pensions finir notre séjour écossais avec des prestations un peu "top". Avons eu la chambre "26" qui donnait sur un mur et un parking (et non cour intérieure ou jardin) . Standard de la chambre des années "90" propre mais très usée. La piscine-sauna- hammam ne sont pas dans l'hôtel mais dans celui à 100 m. Petit déjeuner quelconque et bien en-dessous de ce qui nous a été servi pendant les 15 jours de notre voyage, quelque soit la structure hôtelière !

The hotel is a bit dated but the staff are efficient. The decor isnt great but service wtc are top quality.

Overnight stay
The best part of the stay was in jocks bar where we were served by two very professional and nice young lads. They are a credit to the place and this is how things should be done. Well done.

Overnight Stay
We enjoyed our dinner in Jock’s Bar and the service was excellent. The hotel is tired, but the “wet paint” notices are on show. So the signs of improvement are there. The Green is a good base for a visit to lovely Kinross or a gig in the Backstage venue behind the hotel. Even with these challenges, we’ll almost certainly be back

Very tired rooms
Rooms are very tired and not clean. The carpet needed a good vacuum especially around the skirting boards.

Hotel old and tired Gaffer tape on carpets , carpets stained Tried to put me in corridor for evening meal Bed was 2 singles pushed together and was different heights No main light in room just bedside lamps No plug socket near bed Access to Wi-Fi via qr code , no good if you want to use laptop

This is a lovely hotel. Food was exceptional in both the dining room and breakfast lounge. Staff were terrific. There is easy bus access to/from Edinburgh. I would recommend it.

Poor Poor Poor!
Would not recommend!! , I was given a room which had a view of old furniture and appliances not to mention a cracked window, mould around the bath and foid debris (cake) behind the kettle / table. I was moved to another room with no lighting just two working lamps (36) curtains which did not meet in the middle, damp stains on the ceiling and rotted coving along with mould around the bath. The building is lovely but really tired and used. The carpets in common areas and stairs are thread bare and patched together with gaffer tape. On a positive the food and breakfast was ok. Not repeat Not worth the money, choose somewhere else.

Well worth the money
It was very enjoyable. A warm welcome and staff very helpful. We had an evening meal very well presented and filling. Breakfast was very filling and set us up for the day.

Im a regular visitor to this hotel and always enjoy my stay The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The rooms are being renovated at the moment and look good.

The location is great. We have been going off and on for thirty years. The staff could not be more helpful. I believe rooms are being renovated but the room we had was clean but very tired especially the bathroom. We had no hot water at 8.00am and the water pressure for the toilet was incredibly low. It was the same in the toilets below our floor.

Nice stay, some parts of the hotel a bit tired
Very warm welcome by the reception team, room size was good and clean but carpets in room and throughout hotel stained and very worn ( need replacing ). Reception team always helpful but daytime staff in Jock's bar made you feel like you were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. However, would recommend the Sports bar where Sean and his team provide a warm welcome and excellent service!

Positives- Lovely staff, We enjoyed dinner and breakfast, Backstage have some fantastic bands to go and see. The place itself is a lovely building which really needs a good bit of TLC and upgrading.

Staff very friendly and polite. Hotel linked to Backstage venue via corridor, so easy access without having to go outside if raining etc. Great hotel to stay and visit Loch Leven too.
