Hôtel idealement situé mais la salle de bain devrait être refaite. La baignoire sabot est très ancienne , grise par l'usure du temps. Personnel agréable.

Hôtel très bien situé
Grand hôtel très bien situé avec vue sur la fameuse Place de l'indépendance, personnel sympathique mais ne parle que l'anglais, petit-déjeuner extra avec un énorme choix ! Chambre spacieuse avec climatisation, un bémol par rapport à l'isolation phonique. Style ancien de l'ère soviétique.

Top location but in need of renovation
Top location near all the shops, restaurants, clubs and touristic sights. 900m walk to Arena City and a near by mall next to the hotel. Breakfast is quite nice. Quick fast wifi. Elevators are very slow and rooms very Soviet old school. Rooms need a make-over and be modernized. Cleaning service is slow, had to ask them to come and clean my room. Location can't be beaten and good value for the money.

The location is great. The rooms are big, the ceilings are high. The elevators could have been a bit better, but they work all right. The personnel is polite. I liked their breakfast the most.

Hôtel 100% soviétique resté dans son jus même si des améliorations ont été faites dans les chambres en particulier. Mais je pense que l'hôtel en joue pour conserver son style. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner. Le moins : les rideaux opacifiant n'existent nulle part dans tout l'hôtel, dont on est réveillé par le soleil à 06h du matin. Ce serait une des grosses améliorations à faire.

Hôtel très bien situé et à proximité du metro
Séjour de 4 jours agéable . Décor très typique de l'architecture de l'ex URSS. Notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel donc très calme. En revanche la fenêtre était condamnée ce qui peut-être gênant en été et peu compatibleavec les 4 étoile de l'hôtel.. Le buffet du petit est très copieux et de qualité. Un conseil ne réservez pas les taxis via la réception de l'hôtel. Pour aller à l'aéroport nous avons payé presque le double du prix habituellement demandé avec un chauffeur antipathique et conduisant dangereusement.

It’s old property was probably built during the Stalin era. The location is great being right on shopping area. Metro is close and although much is a furniture should be remodeled. It does bring you back in time as you walk through the hotel lights are off during the day and kind of dark hallways.

Great location, with views. Near city center, shops, and walking distance to historic cathedrals. Super clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom area. Purchase the breakfasts here…fabulous!

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but well maintained. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent are reasonably priced! I recommend staying here
