très correct
Belle maison et grande chambre, bon petit déjeuner. Dommage qu'il ait fallu se débrouiller tout seuls avec les infos données pour l'arrivée (très claires au demeurant) alors même que les propriétaires étaient sur place et ne sont pas sortis pour nous accueillir. Il nous a fallu faire nous mêmes le lit de notre fils et demander les serviettes de toilette pour lui

Très bien sauf le wifi
Très agréable est très bien situé. Très bon accueil. Dommage que le wifii ne marche pas très bien. Dans certaines chambres on ne le reçoit pas.

Emplacement parfait à Bourton on the Water
Malgré un accueil... inexistant, cette Guest House situé à deux pas du centre de Bourton on the Water est plein de charme. On apprécie la chambre cosy et romantique.

Très bon séjour dans ce B&B confortable, bien situé dans un superbe village, chambre sur 2 niveaux, confortable et suffisamment grande pour nous 4. Accueil en français par le patron, Marco, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Petits déj à la hauteur. Bref, petite escapade anglaise réussie dans cette région très agréable, non loin d'Oxford, et sous le soleil de février en prime. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Petite chambre mais très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le soir de notre arrivée nous avons mangé dans le restaurant du Old Manse Hôtel que je recommande vivement. Un sympathique serveur français nous a très bien conseillé et les plats étaient succulents.

Nice property. Central enough to be walking distance but far enough to be tranquil. Checkin went very smoothly and then we'll be left in peace to enjoy our stay. I would definitely return here if I was going to visit this area.

Parking was an issue on arrival, but along with a friendly staff member (gentleman) we made it work. No hot water on the morning (5:45) of Xmas day to shower. When reported in the afternoon, met with resistance that I was telling the truth “well no other guest has complained” “we have two water tanks”. This was not helpful or polite. There was hot water on my return that evening. There were large cobwebs above my bed. Toilet seat fell on to my back (room 4) every time I sat to use the toilet. Other than that room was decorated nice, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location.

We had a very nice stay at the Broadlands Hotel. Property was comfortable, clean and warm. Our room had added bonus of small upstairs lounge with corner sofa and large TV which was good space to relax. Our hosts looked after us very well and the breakfast was excellent. Only short walk to Main Street with shops, restaurants etc

Spent two days at Broadlands at the end of a week long trip in the UK. Chose it specifically for the very close proximity to the village and it didn't disappoint! Very short walk to the action and eliminated the need to fight for parking spots. Room was clean and comfortable. We struggled a little to easily get the temp of the shower regulated to a comfortable temperature but the water was hot which was better than cold. Breakfast was superb. The family who runs the property did a fine job pitching in to ensure a smooth breakfast service. Food quality was good and portion sizes generous. Service overall was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay at Broadlands again if we ever come back to the Cotswolds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable and the area quiet. Great service and full breakfast though the bake beans were warm. The staff were lovely and friendly and recommended restaurants. We tried the Italian and it was an amazing meal. Thank you for a great time. Highly recommend.

Great hotel and centrally located
Broadlands is absolutely the best place to stay. It's centrally located to everything in Bourton On The Water. The room was spacious and had a full living room, plus another bedroom with a twin bed. Only place I would stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave recommendations for dinner.

Excellent place to stay with very friendly hosts. They gave us great advice on where to eat, and just as importantly, where not to eat. The room was awesome, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Easy walking distance to the center of the village with lots of parking.

Perfect in every way.
We stayed at Broadlands for a two night stay while meeting friends. We received a friendly welcome from the owners on arrival and during the evening we drank in comfortable the bar area. On both mornings we had the most delicious breakfast served in the conservatory. Overall the stay was excellent value in a super location close to the centre of town.

I have mixed feeling about my stay. Overall the staff were great, really friendly and helpful recommending great places to eat and things to do in the village and surrounding area. The location is also amazing, 2mins walk to the village and in a really quite area. The rooms are nicely decorated as well and the breakfast is delicious and really filling. However the walls are paper thin, you can hear every toilet flush and conversation from your neighbours either side. They recently upgraded their boiler which unfortunately means you can either have scolding hot or cold water, there is no in between. In the end me and my friend who stayed in another room took baths as showers which just resulted in us burning ourselves. We did mention it and it was checkout out but nothing came of it.

We were met with a warm and welcoming smile by the owner, it is a beautiful small quaint hotel. we chose a suite which was lovely, the breakfast was a 10 /10 It’s a family run business and everyone was absolutely wonderful. We were only a 2 minute stroll into the village of Bourton on the water. Would I return to this hotel, yes time and again

Decent basic accommodation
We liked the location and the breakfast. Our room was pretty small and smelled like perhaps somebody had smoked there before, which was too bad. The staff and owner were very nice and made us feel welcome.
