Brand New '23 Canal Home - 3BR/3BA, Sleeps 8, with Pool, 50' Dock, & Cabana Club

Welcome to our brand new (SEPTEMBER 2023), thoughtfully curated Key Colony Beach canal front home! Each side of the duplex is identical in layout. Each side has 3 bedrooms (master with king, other two bedrooms with queen) with 3 full bathrooms and a pull out sleeping sofa, 8 people total.
Each side has its own private pool, 50 foot dock, and access to the Cabana Club (a private ocean/beach club with pool, hot tub, and beach; an easy walk or bike ride – parking is available)!

You can rent both sides of the duplex with a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, and can sleep up to 16. Perfect for a family reunion!

Sleeping arrangements are 1 king bed, 2 queen beds. You also have a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. 8 total.

You can rent both 2 story units for a total of 20 occupants and both one story units for an extra 16 occupants, this gives you a total of 36 occupants, while occupying all FOUR UNITS.
ALL FOUR UNITS ARE NEXT TO EACH OTHER.

This Key Colony Beach Paradise is a private and spacious (1622 Sq Ft of AC per unit) vacation rental that is perfect for small intimate gatherings, or large families alike.
This property is located in the Island Village of Key Colony Beach. It is within walking distance to the beaches, various fine dining restaurants, a post office, 9-hole golf course, tennis facilities, and a well-stocked world class charter boat fleet.
This home is SMOKE-FREE (no exceptions!).
The open concept kitchen allows free access to communicate and associate with guests in the dining room, and those in the OVER-SIZED living room.
The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the sun deck, pool, BBQ area, and the water (canal).

The living room is equipped with a high-definition flat screen, and allows you to enjoy the company of family and guests, as well as high speed internet throughout – perfect for remote work or streaming content. The Master Bedroom also has a TV in the room.

The outdoor includes a large covered deck, a sun deck, a large heated pool (heater provided at additional cost), with a BBQ.

The property is located on the water with a 50 Foot wide concrete private dock available for the sole use of the tenant includes fish cleaning table and 30 AMP electric connection.
The property includes a bait freezer. A 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to the Atlantic Ocean, with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This house includes a deep water boat dock able to accommodate large vessels with a fish cleaning table, water and power on dock.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location for fishing and family boating fun. The pool adds fun for the kids along with access to the Cabana club. This house is within walking distance to a mexican restaurant that was very good and not far from the boat ramp.

Boaters paradise

The home itself is absolutely beautiful. The layout flows and we had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and a small infant. We wanted to find something that had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, had a pool and a dock big enough to accommodate our 27 foot boat. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and communication with the management was great. We had enough room to fit three vehicles but were not allowed to park our trailer on site. The best feature of this home was the dock. We saw manatees, a shark and lots of birds.. There were only a few drawbacks to our stay. The location is extremely busy. Being on the corner of W Ocean Dr and Sadowski Cswy made leaving the property very difficult with all the traffic, with that being said it was very quiet in the back of the property. I’m a huge cooker and though the home had the “basic” essentials, it lacked baking dishes, steak knives and a few other items that would have made our stay more pleasant. Thankfully I read previous reviews and knew to bring some essentials like dishwasher pods and laundry soap. If you’re not cooking a lot and your main goal in the keys is boating, then this is the perfect location.

Sweet Stay

The property was perfect. Clean and new. Very close to Vaca Cut. Neighborhood is clean and friendly. The bathrooms were beautiful and plenty of hot water. I gave four stars for accuracy because there was no mention that you cannot park your boat trailer in the driveway, even though there was enough room and other properties on the street can. This is a community rule and I only found out because the Code Enforcement Officer knocked on the door. It is over 100 a week to park the trailer in the community lot and 30 each time you use the boat ramp. Just thought it should be in the notes as to additional fees.

Great house for family stay

House is newer and very clean. The 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom is nice for 3 couples. Great showers in all the baths. The pool gets shade from the house in the afternoon. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has the basics for cooking. The great room could use another comfortable chair and a cushion on the wicker chair for more seating for 6 people. The surfaces are all hard in the great room and causes an echo that makes it hard to hear. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property with Great Location

Loved our stay at Key Colony in this new 3 bed, 3 bath home. We enjoyed walking the local area each day and went to sombrero beach. This home has a beautiful view of the pool and inter coastal way.

Great getaway on the canal of Key Colony Beach

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, modern, sparkling clean, roomy Vrbo site. The property was even better than pictures and the pool was a perfect way to unwind and relax. We saw manatee, pelicans, and loads of fish. We fished from the Canal itself and had a great time. The Cabana Club had a great beach, pool, restaurant and amenities. Questions were answered within an hour and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall the perfect little getaway in Key Colony.

New duplex

My husband being a contractor rated the construction very good. Garage would not house our pickup.2’ too short. Bait freezer a nice plus but no slop sink to accompany it. We could not figure out the Live TV so unable to watch Florida Panthers hockey. More amenities in the kitchen would be nice, spices, starter pack for dishwashing and laundry would have been a nice touch. Perhaps a bottle of wine as a thank you. We are landlords back home and do rent a home on Sombrero Island yearly for the winter, and they do it right. We found the dockage great, but only 2 cleats. Quiet neighborhood (summer) with easy access to restaurants. Sure you are aware of driveway erosion. Where we live, placing a bedroom next to a garage is a no-no

My Definition of Perfect!

We were a group of 16 traveling together for spring break this year. I happened to be searching VRBO listings in the Florida Keys when I came upon this property and it's identical twin. Communication with the owners was easy. I received very thorough information prior to our stay, received the entry and wifi info the day of our stay and communicated with the owners during the week easily. You can tell this is their business and they run it smoothly. The house(s) were brand new! We found the layout of the homes to be practical and spacious and really appreciated the indoor/outdoor flow of the home. There is no 'kids' room (ie- bunk beds) but we designated the primary suite as the kids room and even found an inflatable mattress and pack n play in the closet! We heated one of the pools while keeping the other 'refreshing' as the pool deck is in sun until ~3 pm. We were greeted by manatees everyday! We loved having access to the beach club and walked there throughout our week. Marathon Key was close to all we wanted to do (a lot!) and we were so glad to have this home base as our travels lead us north to Key Largo and south to Key West. The only negative since we were a large group utilizing both sides of this rental- there is no gate to open and close between the two sides outdoors. As I looked up and down the canal, it appears this was likely a small mistake during construction as there are gates with doors at their property next door.

This was a beautiful home! Spent Christmas here with our kids and grandkids and had plenty of space! We swam in the heated pool and pulled our boat right up to the canal in back. I’d love to stay here again!

Perfect stay in KCB

Very nice, new property. Spacious and clean. Close to everything. Includes Cabana Club membership for the week. Only drawbacks were tiny issues - not enough towels and took a couple of days to get the pool heater going correctly. Loved having 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
