Très bien
J'ai passé 1 nuit, l'hôtel est très bien le petit déjeuner très complet. La piscine et la sauna chaud. Impeccable. J'ai mis un bémol sur le confort car j'avais réservé un lit double et j'ai eu 2 lits simple !

QUELQUES INFOS de dernière minute 28/10/18
Chambres donnant sur la rue côté PAIR (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12...) très bruyantes car BEAUCOUP de PASSAGE de voitures ou motos. ATTENTION : Restaurant fermé le midi. Par contre, le Personnel à la Réception : très accueillant, ainsi que le Responsable du Restaurant qui, malgré la fermeture, a organisé avec le Bar : un SNAK/Sandwich super bon. Loin de l'Aéroport de HEATROW : 286 £/321 € à l'Aller (au Compteur du Taxi), au retour négocié par la Réception : 103 £/116€.

Bien pour hotel de passage
Rapport qualite/prix correct. Néanmoins, malgré le voucher confirmant le paiement de la chambre auprès d'hôtel.com, la réceptionniste nous a facturé une seconde fois la chambre! Pas très agréable et perte de temps et d'énergie à devoir se faire rembourser

Facile d'accès, en dehors de la ville
Très moyennes. En effet peut être du fait de cette réservation en France et non directement à l'hôtel notre chambre était la 44 sur 48 au rdc. Il fallait faire tout le couloir qui entoure l'hôtel pour y parvenir. La salle de bain n'était pas trop propre, un peu + le 2ème jour, le panier de produits tels savon.. vide le 1er jour et nous a obligé de demander à l'accueil un savon et un shampoing. (accueil correct). Un frigo dans la chambre mais ne marchait pas. Du coup nous n'avons pas souhaité y prendre de repas ou utiliser la piscine. Le parking est grand mais pas sécurisé car manque un digicode.

My room was ok, in need of a lick of paint and new carpet. Huge cobweb , clealiness could be better. A lot of the foid menu was unavaible. Gym out if use.Very standard stay, wouldnt go back

This morning at breakfast this one lady called Dee stood out. She went over and beyond... i couldnt help but watch her. She made sure everything was perfect, no exaggeration. She made sure the food was out and presented nicely for others she was cleaning!. Emptying the tables...... the whole dining area she kept perfect and clean and all by herself. I had to stop and praise her fantastic job. Great dining experience thanks too Dee. 🙏
