The Head Chef and I deeply regret that you did not enjoy your breakfast and found it insufficient and of poor quality. Our Breakfast is meant to be a lavish meal, and has been particularly successful with our resident, as it enables to taste a ‘bit of everything’. It is regarded as good value by most of our clients and should you have required any item to be replenished or changed, we would have been more than happy to do so.
