Gréat !
We spent a few nights at the ISO and we really wish we had spent more time there. The area is splendid, the hotel cosy and people lovely. The location was perfect, we could reach easily the north, the Est or The Sud of the island, we could do heaps of great activities.

Hôtel rénové, chambre spacieuse mais sans climatisation. Nettoyage laisse à désirer et le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas du tout accueillant, limite désagréable. Des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement. ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer.

Excellent rapport qualité prix!
Très très bon rapport qualité/prix! Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec vue sur la mer, un joli jardin aménagé avec hamac, piscine et accès direct à l’océan. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel si vous séjournez dans La région.

This hotel is at a perfect location and is really an amazing hotel to stay in, it was definitely our favorite place to stay during our honeymoon. I would recommand it to anyone going to Kauai.

Très beau séjour en bord de plage
Hôtel très agréable en bord de plage les chambres sont bien insonorisées et le lit qu'on a eu était confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très simple mais il a le mérite d'exister et d'être inclu dans la chambre. Seul petit bémol l'hôtel est dur a trouver car mal repéré. En venant de Lihue il faut tourner à droite au feu au niveau du Foodland

Excellent choix
Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel est très récent et les lits sont confortables. L’hôtel est bien situé pour toutes les activités que vous aurez envie de faire sur l’île. Il y a plusieurs bons restos économiques et services à proximité (supermarchés, cafés, boutiques, etc.). À noter : le petit déjeuner, très limité, mais correct, est inclus. Il y a des leçons de yoga gratuites chaque jour de la semaine de 6:30 à 7:30. Des vélos peuvent aussi être utilisés sans frais supplémentaires par les clients de l’hôtel.

A rénover d'urgence
L'hôtel est bien situé avec un parking gratuit et propre dans l'ensemble. Vue sur mer pour toutes les chambre, ce qui est rare dans ces prix là. Le soucis c'est que tout tombe en décrépitude ... on pourrait même dire pourri! Ils ont apparemment pris les choses en main car l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation, donc si vous réservez dans cet hôtel exigez d'être logé dans la partie rénovée. Maintenant il faut aussi se rendre compte que pour moins de 70€ la nuit, avoir une chambre avec vue directe sur mer, ce n'est pas monnaie courante!!

Magnifique cadre mais hôtel vieillissant.
Les chambres de l'hôtel donnent toutes sur une superbe vue mer. L'endroit est paisible et calme. Parking facile et gratuit. Chambre vieillotte. Rapport qualité / prix correct.

Site magnifique, chambre sous-équipée
La kitchenette comprenait uniquement un réfrigérateur et un évier. Pas de four-micro-ondes ni de plaque chauffante. Dommage, parce que la chambre était spacieuse avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Pacifique. Pas de climatisation,, mais nous n,avons pas eu chaud et nous avons adoré dormir avec le bruit du vent et des vagues. L'entrée de l'hôtel est mal indiquée, il faut faire attention pour ne pas passer tout droit. Le bàtiment a besoin d'une couche de peinture. Épicerie, restauration rapide à distance de marche, Kapaa est à 5 minutes en voiture. Malgré tout, excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cute little property. Great location with a beautiful ocean view. Yoga every morning complete with Rosters. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We asked about beach chairs and they let us use some nice chairs that other guests had left behind. The only complaint I had was Kauai was extremely windy and a bit chilly when we stayed but that's of no fault to the hotel. I would stay here again.

Property is tired. Curtains hanging off the hooks, old, room had very basic look/furnishings. Lawn chairs were broken, only 1 umbrella for the entire property. Grounds were very basic, not well kept.

That receptionist at day time when we checked in was terrible. She gave us a room at first that it’s not right. We are three of us , when we went to our room it’s only one bed and no view, I booked a 2 double beds and ocean view room, so we back to the lobby and told her that we only have one bed in the room she gave us. It could be all better. I hope she doesn’t treat others like she treated us. I wasn’t happy to our stay at all. I paid more almost $400 a night for unexpected stress and disappointment. SAD

The setting is amazing. My room opened directly onto a lush lawn right on the ocean, so you can sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean. That’s the good. But now for the bad…I arrived at 10pm directly off a long flight. There is absolutely no signage to indicate that this is the ISO property. So after looking at my phone map again, I decided to wander around and see if I could find an office to check in at. I saw a woman locking up a door and asked where this place was. She was about to close up for the night but I got checked in. Not a welcoming vibe at all. I felt like I’d done something wrong. Anyway the room is like a motel 6, but with a beautiful view. Oh and the breakfast is nothing anyone wants to eat…plus there’s not even coffee other than from the sad coffee maker in the room. For the price point I definitely expected more…glad I only booked 1 night before our condo was available…

The bedroom electrical panel box was rusted all over. Tv only had 1 station that worked. Room smelled like old sweaty socks. we left for half a day and came back and my medication on the counter was emptied out. we had to put all hygiene and personal items in the trunk of the car expect clothes for the rest of the trip. Needless to say a huge inconvenience! not enough lawn chairs to set on. Gave the restaurant the coupon for the dip but they still charged us for it. Only good thing about this place is the office people where very nice.

room and hotel feels a bit outdated, had an old ac smell, did not encounter any bugs. pool is nice, the hotel is nothing fancy but acceptable if you can overlook the outdated halls and older rooms. no microwave in room (there is one you can use in the lobby until 10pm). Had a nice patio.

Being right next to the ocean with a great view is this hotels biggest asset. Being built in the 1970's, it's showing it's age in some areas. The carpet, inside the rooms and outdoors, is old, as is the furnishings inside. The $25/day resort gives you free parking, access to bikes, weekday yoga at 7am, prepackaged danish or muffins(Otis Spunkmeyer brand), yogurt and cereal and milk, but no juice or coffee. You can make coffee in your room yourself, but there needs to be coffee down in the breakfast room. I wouldn't call this a traditional continental breakfast as I've experienced elsewhere, and after the first try, we skipped it. We usually went over to a nearby bakery, deli (Waipouli Deli has great breakfast, and we were the only tourist there), or Starbucks. The water bottle and water dispenser is nice, however, check your water by holding it up to the light as we saw lots of small white cloudy particles floating in the water so we stopped drinking it. The swimming pool is nice, but the absence of a hot tub is a drawback. If you're considering this hotel it's main attraction is the price(add the $25 day fee), then the central location, and being right on the ocean.

Lovely spot by the ocean
Beautiful ocean view. Nothing elegant and everything we needed. Pool, bikes in the lobby to take a nice ride on the path by the water. Mellow place, friendly accommodating staff. Nice Thai food truck in very close walking distance and stores across the street. Really perfect. 15-20 min from the airport.
