Staff and service was above-and-beyond. The complimentary Volvo tour was a highlight and a fantastic offer for guests who want to see what's outside the resort. Beautiful, luxurious resort that was excellent for children and spotlessly clearn.

I’m not sure there are enough words to describe the best experience ever. Especially as I was extremely sceptical. I’m quite fussy and can be pedantic about cleanliness of a room / area. The entire resort from pools, toilets, changing areas, spa to our own room was absolutely 5star for cleanliness and beauty. I was completely blown away. The Staff are just amazing. The only way to try and explain the level of service is the best most expensive hotel in Mayfair - and that’s actually not even coming close to it!! They are attentive and so accommodating. The reception staff are beyond wonderful. You can use a golf buggy to get you to and from anywhere in the resort and if you are visiting a different hotel within the resort you can take the shuttle bus (or just walk along the beach shoreline a quick 10min walk from Sani Beach and you are at the Sani Marina, where there are a choice of many lovely restaurants. Oh the restaurants! I’m not sure where to begin. We were very well fed from the very start to the very end of our holiday. The choice of cuisine is endless and the taste is just right up there Michelin style. Thank you to absolutely everyone at the Sani Resort. I would recommend this holiday to absolutely anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay and relax but also where you can do a fair few activities too. Thank you for spoiling us and giving us a much needed break and a chance to concentrate on nothing but relaxing and bonding as a family.

the cheerfulness and 'can-do' attitude of ALL of its staff. Any issues were swiftly addressed. Even a typhoon (out of their control) but still apologised for & coped with. Amazing holiday. We will be back.

Great place of pure relaxation
This has to be one of the best breaks and fabulous 5* customer experience. From the welcome to Sani Club- swift check-in by Ilias, to the last day transfer. The staff all very obliging and available at anytime- makes the stay very easy. The spa, the pool, the activities on offer and a delight to have a Nespresso machine in the room! Dimitra at the Pines pool so helpful. The buggy drivers-amazing. The management have thought of everything in fine detail. Ms Chrisa at the Spa room and Thalia and all the spa staff were so personal, without imposing.Treatments were amazing. The shuttle services ran like a swiss machine- well and timely! Half board allowed for great dining experiences- esp Ergon and Fresco. The daily activities are listed on the leaflet on the breakfast table so one can go an enjoy, yoga or pilates, archery- Anna is great at what she does in this area. Recommend waterboard pilates. A big shout out to Antanas & Boris at Olympus Breakfast who served us with such pleasure. The beach is raked very early daily,I noticed and the deckchairs are ready with clean towels constantly. We did not get to meet the GM personally, but want to thank you and your Teams for an amazing stay. We will be returning! The Sani Club and neighbouring Sani hotels are all kept very clean. The Marina is a great place to visit too and catch a music show post dinner at the Garden theatre. Interesting to meet other Guests who were sharing the same thoughts. Says it all!

Sani Club customer service is superb! The facilities are brilliant and the food is delicious tastiest and most delicious meals and deserts that we have ever tasted :) My family and I travel a lot in 5 star accomodation around the world & for us Sani Club has provided the most memorable holiday experience for the past 5 years. The staff that work there have superb attitude and are incredible in making your stay easy, pleasurable and free flowing. Nothing is too hard for them, from the person that helps you with your luggage to the person that serves you by the pool. Not only that they have your best interest intentions but they communicate in a manner that is engaging and gracious. We are particularly grateful to Sinisha, Dimitra Atanas and many others for making our stay superb. This place is run like Ritz Carlton - I teach management strategies at Universities and this place is a text book example of perfect customer service!!! 👍 Well done

Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand
Wir hatten einen Traumhaft schönen Urlaub in diesem sehr Kinderfreundlichem Hotel. Es war alles perfekt. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos nett, Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Kinderspielplatz ein Traum. Die Geräte aus guten Holz und überdacht. Das Essen war hervorragend und täglich gab wechselnde lokale und internationale Spezialitäten. Wir konnten hier sehr gut die Seele baumeln lassen und sind erholt nach Hause geflogen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Chillen auf hohem Niveau
Wer sich mal so richtig verwöhnen lassen will ist hier genau richtig. Eigentlich hat man hier alles was man braucht um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wer außer dem tollen Ressort noch was sehen möchte, kommt um einen Mietwagen nicht herum. Ideal für Eltern mit noch nicht schulpflichtigen Kindern.

Ein Traum!
Das ist das zweite mal gewesen und wir wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Und wenn nicht wird sich auch direkt darum gekümmert. Vom Essen ganz zu schweigen. Hervorragend! Man hat die Möglichkeit in diversen Restaurants und Buffets der Sani Hotels zu speisen. Jeden Abend freut man sich schon auf das Abendessen. Die Zimmer wurden alle neu renoviert und haben jetzt noch einen riesigen Balkon bekommen. Wir haben Meerblick gehabt und auch hier alles richtig gemacht. Hier stimmt Preis/Leistung. Nächstes Jahr wieder...bis dahin muss ich die angefutterten Kilo wieder runterbekommen.

Stilvolles Hotel direkt am Strand
Wir (zwei Freundinnen mit zwei Kindern) besuchten das Hotel im Oktober 2017. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand in einer wunderschön angelegtem Bereich mit alten Olivenbaumbeständen. Das Personal wer sehr freundlich, vorallen die Golfcarfahrer waren bei unseren Kinder sehr beliebt. Das Essen war gut, leider haben wir das typisch griechische Essen vermisst. Das Naturschutzgebiet eignet sich für einen Ausflug mit Kindern und die Umgebung ist wirklich atemberaubend schön. Wir planen nächstes Jahr wieder dort hin zu fahren.

Pricey but lovely
we wanted sun and sand and laziness. Sani club provided all of these. Superb swimming; wonderful setting and great facilities (many of which we didn't use) - less than an hour from Thessaloniki airport. recommend, But we went at peak baby/toddler time (Sept after schools had gone back) -- I imagine its a very different experience if you go when there are loads of school age children. so pick your season well
