Very Disappointing Experience
I arrived at Echo Lodge and was shocked to find no staff present at allâneither at reception nor anywhere on the property. I walked through the entire premises, including the restaurant and office, and couldnât find a single person to assist with check-in. I sent a message via Expedia immediately, but no one responded or contacted me afterward. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a confirmed booking. I would not recommend staying here unless youâre prepared to be completely on your own.
