I really enjoyed it. I do wonder if I was given the ocean view room that I paid for. It seemed the options were “ocean view” and partial ocean view (I was given the latter though I think I reserved the former.) U f had been staying longer, I might have complained, but the room was gorgeous, the concierge (Lenny) was fantastic and the overall vibe was A . I enjoyed the Canoe House and the other restaurant for breakfast. The service was terrific

This place is unreal! They gave my wife and I the full Hawiian experience with leis and guava juice upon arrival. The resort is gorgeous! The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. We were very impressed with the overall experience.

Did not like Hotel putting corporate events in the middle of regular guests. These folks were very loud and disruptive to other guests at the hotel. Corporate events should be conducted away from the other guests on the property. Not interested in the disruptions they caused for my vacation.

The hotel is beautifully designed throughout. The three pools plus the beach club a short walk away provide plenty of sun and swim opportunities. The room systems are very high tech to a fault. Even the hair dryer was complicated. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. Our cooling system was not working and since we didn’t want workmen there for four hours, there was no option but to suffer through. Some other option or compensation would have seemed appropriate at this level. All in all, a lovely stay in many ways but some glitches.

This Auberge property is beautiful and elegant providing GREAT service especially by Matthew and Ku'ulei. Matthew helped make a stressful day (United cancelling flights) much better with his calm demeanor and assistance. If you can afford it, splurge on a residence. It is WOW and next level. large table that's good for co-working with a team of 6-8 people. Good internet access. Bathtub was deep and I enjoyed a good soak. Pool could've been a little warmer to accommodate night swim. giant indoor shower and also outdoor shower (fancy!!)

Loved the buffet breakfast selections: ahi tuna & malasadas were plentiful & delicious. The beach was rocky so didn’t enjoy it that much. Used the adult pool more which was very nice. Had dinner at canoe house celebrating our anniversary. Food and view was good but our server forgot it was our 25th anniversary and no special treat was brought out at the end of our meal. That was a bummer. So we enjoyed our stay but feel that some things could use improvement.

This hotel is absolutely stunning ! The layout of the hotel lobby is so beautiful and tranquil, the little bamboo sanctuary area with hammocks was so unique. The rooms (we stayed on the 6th floor Mountain View) were very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable! The decks were massive and at night you could lay on the couch out there and see the stars. The entire staff, from housekeeping, pool staff, store clerks, parking attendants were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly staff at the front desk. Although expensive the drinks and food were all excellent. The beach was so beautiful and tons of fish and turtles were seen while snorkeling. The pools were impeccable and refreshing. We loved our stay and will recommend it to all our friends ! 🌺

The property was beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. Had dinner at the CanoeHouse and it was wonderful (slightly pricey -but what isn't in this part of tne Island?). Room was very elegant and comfortable--my only minor complaint is that you can't turn off tne lights (even the bedside lamps) once you're in bed. You have to get up and hit the switch on the wall which turns all lights off/on!
