Water problem was temporary. The whole village had its water cut off so resulted in problems. There is a constant gas supply for the cooker

Dear Alex,
I would like to say that this is a family run business and we do our best to please. We are not a hotel which is why you did not have to pay hotel rates. If you stay in a hotel you expect a cleaner to come in once a day. Neither do we claim to clean every day. The apartment was cleaned before you arrived and when you said it was dirty. Please remember you were staying in a village house where you can expect dust, especially in Cyprus. This is country house and everything is open.
With regards to the problem with the cot this was only a problem because you did not wish to have the bolster around it as you say they are not used in the UK any more. We did replace the cot but you did not wish to be disturbed in case baby was sleeping so were told to leave it to you.
With regards to the bed, this wis a new bed and mattress.
With regards to the TV, we replaced it for you and the two elderly gentlemen which you refer to as the chuckle brothers were the owners, one was my husband and the other was my brother. It is not there job to install new TV's but since you had a problem with the TV we replaced it with a new one.
As I said this is a family business and we try our best to please. You did in fact call me quite a few times with one problem or another; in no case did I ignore you, I did my best for you but anything I did was not enough.
We have many visitors and a very good review score. We are sorry that you feel this way and would suggest that you stay in a hotel in future where you will be serviced accordingly.
