Our heater was broken in the room. The staff did come and fix it but we could only run the heater on high or not at all. The pool was cold. Our bathroom floors were dirty with black hair all over the floor(we are a family of red heads). The sinks and bath tub did not drain good at all. The staff and friendly and helpful. Overall I would not come back.

The first room was filthy and there was a hole in the door. People could see right into the room. The second room was better but still dirty. The door had yellow stains, the tub was dirty and so was the toilet. This is a property I will never stay at again.

The place was pretty clean and well lit, breakfast was good however the vending machines didn’t work, NONE OF THEM and the guest laundry was also out of order! Kinda disappointed for the price

Slow and terrible service. 30 minute wait to get into a reserved room. Other guests were Sketchy. Had some stranger tell us there was cockroaches in his room.

It was clean and you get what you oay for. Wasn't expecting some fancy upscale hotel. Wasn't noisy and the free breakfast was small and limited. But I expected all of this. So 👍.

This well priced hotel is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff. The rooms could use some updating but if you’re not looking for for anything fancy, this is a great choice. We will stay there again!

Though this property is under new management. It has potential. The heat in our room did not work so we had to be switched to another room. And even then the bed linens were stained. I would’ve felt better if the room was comped at this point.

The pool was ice cold dont bother booking if you want to swim my child was so disappointed. Other wise nice hotel! Amazing staff nice and clean and they fixed everything there was a tick in our room we got a new one like that! Made it so much easier to sleep!

Open your pool! Covid is OVER and this room was booked because it had a pool. So I will be calling to check in the future and if the pool stays closed I will take my business down the road. There are plenty of hotels with a pool and hot tub off sprinkle rd. Get it together!

The pool is now open!, We did not close the pool do to covid, we closed it for a few days due to renovations but it is now finished and ready to use!

A lot of the reviews had me worried but the room were nice and clean - breakfast was breakfast but they kept if full and hot! Will definitely stay here again!

Price was reasonable for the property. Easy access from Interstate. HVAC worked well. Maid service skipped our room one day. Desk lamp didn't work and was not replaced when it was reported. Toilet seat was loose to the point of discomfort.

My girlfriend and I were waken up at 2am from a couple yelling at the top of their lungs and slamming doors. She was really shaken up and couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Really ruined our stay
