Unité 195

Notre unité de coin ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT (# 195) offre une vue spectaculaire à 180 degrés sur la cÎte Pacifique et Kona. Pendant que vous vous détendez sur la véranda (terrasse), admirez les poissons jaunes flottant dans la baie, les tortues vertes paissant sur les rochers, les dauphins spinelles sautant (généralement le matin) et les baleines à bosse au large (pendant la saison hivernale de mise bas).

Profitez des couchers de soleil toute l’annĂ©e et laissez le bruit des vagues vous dĂ©tendre. Notre 1 chambre Ă  coucher (avec le nouveau lit Cal King) plus grand salon, unitĂ© de 2 salles de bain est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances relaxantes et inoubliables. remodelage de la cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils. Wifi haut dĂ©bit gratuit et tĂ©lĂ©phone (local, amĂ©ricain, canadien, mexicain, chinois et europĂ©en).

Nous sommes directement adjacents Ă  une plage de sel et de poivre. À l'extrĂȘme nord, beaucoup de bassins de marĂ©e avec des bestioles et des pĂ©troglyphes. À l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud, Ă  marĂ©e haute, si les vagues sont calmes, faites l'expĂ©rience des snorkelers expĂ©rimentĂ©s et en forme (avec un ami, jamais seul!) peut trouver une variĂ©tĂ© de vie marine. Cependant, si un novice et / ou les mers sont plus agitĂ©es, la plage de Kahaluu State Beach (Ă  environ 5 minutes Ă  pied au nord de notre baie) est pleine de vie marine et se trouve dans un lieu plus sĂ»r (ancienne digue de protection et sauveteurs).

Nous fournissons de nombreux extras: shampooing et revitalisant, dĂ©tergent Ă  lessive, savon Ă  vaisselle, serviettes de plage, Ă©quipement de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, glaciĂšre, planches Ă  roulettes, chaises de plage, etc. Cette unitĂ© est immergĂ©e dans le surf avec de grandes fenĂȘtres en jalousie laissant la brise de la mer & les sons dĂ©river sur vous aussi facilement que la lumiĂšre des couchers de soleil ou des rayons de lune (ventilateurs de plafond; pas de climatisation).

Lieu: Notre maison de ville est situĂ©e Ă  Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, une communautĂ© privĂ©e fermĂ©e de 16 acres Ă  environ 5 km au sud du centre-ville de Kona. Le complexe propose 3 courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s de qualitĂ© professionnelle (avec accĂšs professionnel), une grande piscine, un terrain de volley-ball, des trous pour barbecue et des barbecues Ă  gaz. Les motifs sont luxuriants avec de belles fleurs. Nous sommes Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche du Kona Country Club pour le golf (tarifs rĂ©duits si vous ĂȘtes un invitĂ© Surf & Racquet) et du centre commercial de Keauhou avec des Ă©piceries et des pharmacies, des restaurants, une salle de cinĂ©ma et une clinique mĂ©dicale sans rendez-vous

Great location, close to Kailua-Kona. Easy walk to multiple beaches and close to shopping, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Nice setting right on the water. Good space for a couple, but probably small for a larger group. It was a bit dated and tired but was clean and well supplied. The views of the sunsets and the sounds of the waves were wonderful.

Fantastic Location/needs a little TLC

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. Has all the kitchen and beach things you need. Beautiful artwork and comfy bed and linens. The unit is showing its age a bit and could use a little TLC, but no showstoppers. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Loved the location, privacy of the end unit. Absolutely beautiful sunsets, great pool/bbq complex as well. The host Maria was easily reachable and very helpful. A window unit A/C upstairs would be the icing on the cake but a wonderful property never the less. We will be back. Thank you Maria!

Amazing view

The view from here is spectacular. That alone would be reason enough to stay here, but there are so many more things to love about this place. The kitchen is well stocked, although it was too hot to cook so other than breakfast we ate out at the nearby restaurants everyday. We loved the beach equipment, everything you could need is here. We also took advantage of the pickle ball court available for guests. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. We have stayed in hawaii before with only ac in the bedroom so I didn't think it would be a problem going without. However, I sleep with a fan on even in the winter so it was very difficult to sleep. That being said, I would definately stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to just chill and watch the most spectacular sunsets you could imagine.

Second Time Staying at this Condo

We love this condo. The remodel of the upper floor to an upstairs suite provides for amazing air circulation, views, and space. The condo provides everything you need, cooking utensils, starter items, etc. The view from the lanai is amazing and that's pretty much where we spent all our time. The unit is older and although it has been kept up very well, could use a little TLC and organization. But overall, we love, love, love this condo. The location is perfect and the "private" beach access is another great perk. Maria, the property manager is always available and responds within minutes to questions or concerns. Overall, the best place yet!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed the beautiful Hawaii sunsets while sitting on the private lanai. The condo is in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby and a 10 minute walk took me to a fun snorkel area. We had everything we needed and management was easy to communicate with.

Location Location Location

Older unit, but honestly the location to me was everything! Best seaside vacation spot if you love being outside & near the ocean. A lifetime of memories that I will cherish forever. This description of where it’s located & sea life you can see from the comfort of the lanai was 100% accurate. I spent 13 nights and it was a quiet, safe, and beautiful sanctuary to return to. Absolutely would book it again!

Not what we expected

The location was fantastic and Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a great property to stay at with friends and family. The townhouse itself however was not what we expected. We had read that it was older, but that did not prepare us for the state of it- there was literally tape holding things together. The carpet had a very musty smell, there was significant corrosion on anything metal and it was clear that not much has been invested in the property to maintain it. On our final day the garburator started to spew waste and a glass frame hanging on the wall smashed all over the bathroom when I closed the door (the door had swollen over time and it was very difficult to close, so the impact of closing the door caused the frame to fall). I cut my hand cleaning up the glass. I called the property manager Maria, who was very attentive to our needs and asked if we needed anything. She said she would pass the information along to the owners. I never heard from anyone.

Second Time!

This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Having the Pacific Ocean at the back door is amazing. Laying in the lounge chairs and watching the sunsets, walking over to the little cove for turtle sightings and beachcombing are my favorite things!. There is a little ‘mall’ just up from the traffic light, a grocery, a bookstore, a post office, Tropics Tap House, Bianelli’s Pizza, a Regal Theater. We will definitely make a third visit!

Great base camp for island exploration

We had a great time at this property. Everything you might need was there. The kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to cook great meals (thanks for the sharp knives! They seem to be a rarity in rentals). The closet had a full array of beach gear to swim and snorkel and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. There was a cooler and water jug for all day excursions. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to any place on the island. The two minute drive to the shopping center was very convenient. Be sure to hit the farmers market there if you can. Lots of fresh produce. The pool at the property is great. Of course, the view is the highlight of the property. We saw the green flash every evening. Thank you for sharing with us.

Perfect Location

It's hard to get any closer to the water! Really enjoyed the constant sound of the surf. Well equipped kitchen and "sports" closet, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, anything you need to enjoy the beach and surf. A very relaxing environment.

You just cannot beat sitting outside on this patio being mesmerized by the view and the sound of the ocean just a few feet away! We enjoyed some enhancements that have been made since my last visit at the property, so kuddos to the owner! Always a treat staying and as they always say...location, location, location!!

Lovely, waterfront respite

Property more than lived up to the photos and description! Perfect for just my husband and I. Spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the incredible view and listening to the soothing sounds of waves! Lack of AC was not a problem thanks to the ceiling fans and many louvered windows which are all screened. Also it was well stocked with beach gear. We so enjoyed our stay we are already looking forward to our next stay!
