major prob. Can't visit and no-one speaks english.
I stayed at the Radisson and it was nice, but problem with english.Food " very Indian " Food not bad they could do much better. I went for dental surgery, but was too scared to go outside of the hotel. The Radisson is in a very Bad location. Outside the hotel, too dirty, much begging and too much noise. Reception staff were wonderful.

It is in a great location. it needs major upgrades. i was here 13 years ago nd nothing is changed. The taps, toilets are all ancient looking. The toilet paper holders are ridiculous.

Very nice building, reminiscent of British Colonial design. Excellent room, service and staff. Breakfast was very good, with easily the best coffee I had in on the Punjab on this trip. Only issue was internet, which was weak/touch and go.

lovely hotel that’s aging very well. like old club! great staff, great spa facilities:: steam room:: bar first floor;; lovely rooms:: with desk chair useful for business work: our 3rd stay over 12 years : will carry on staying here in future. went and saw ramada hotel rooms:: they were nice :: but hotel was very busy with locals !!! lifts took long time to come. at radisson lifts are very quick

Not worthy of a Radisson Brand
The hotel is in a nice location but its not worthy of a Radisson brand. Our room had sewage smell and in need of improvements. Breakfast was basic and items were either re-headed or not tasty. Coffee and Masala tea pots were left boiling on the hot plates. The staff although friendly were ill trained for their jobs. Hotel's only printer broke down at the time of checkout and created a challenge for the staff as well as guests who were on tight deadlines.

The check in was confusing as the person who was checking me in did not know what she was doing and said that she will take authorization fro *** amount , then *** amount and so on and then her senior stepped in to fix it. The property is a little old and in the room, the decor feels dated
