Good staff will b back when I come back to visit

Nice and friendly staff ,very helpful .special thanks to the front desk lady who checked us in, she gave us one hour morr late check out after she saw us tired from driving all day

Expected more from this hotel chain.

Our stay at this hotel was a series of unfortunate events. We reserved a suite, in order to have two large beds, but the locking mechanism was broken and instead we were put in a room with two doubles (the front desk agent was very apologetic and did comp us). During the night the fire alarm was set off, making it even harder to sleep in the small beds. Furthermore, the room was not the quality we expected at a La Quinta, and the breakfast was basically continental, and had little besides cereal and waffles. Very disappointed.

Very good for the price

Situation : convenient to quick shop, restaurants and the highway, but still quiet outside and a good neighborhood
This is an older hotel and that shows in a few ways. Having said that, it's a really good value and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay there. Everyone we interacted with was as pleasant and helpful as could be, from front desk to maid service. It was absolutely clean, at one point I dropped something behind one of the tables in the room and when we moved it to pick it up, it was just as clean as the rest of the space. It was comfortable and the controls for the AC/heat were easy to use, even if the unit was a bit loud, especially going on and off. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was good, there were many things very close to the hotel; over all, it was a very good hotel for the price and we would definitely stay there again.

Good moderate prices place. Friendly staff, room clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast a little sparse, but better than many I have had. Will stay again.

I stayed here for work and realized a month later when I got my credit card statement that I had been accidentally charged for the room twice. I called the hotel, expecting a difficult time, and the gentleman that I spoke to was so friendly and helpful! He figured out what had happened super quickly and offered to fix it right away. He was was apologetic and understanding. I really appreciated his wonderful customer service! It really goes a long way.

We just stopped in Jackson, TN to stay one night to get some rest.

Improvements needed! Pick another hotel!

Stained sheet. Whobbly table TV remotes buttons had to be smashed in and pushed multiple times to even change the channel. Breakfast was cereal and could make waffles. Chair looked like it was from the 70's. Thermostat made clicking noise all night and day. People coming from across the hall and slamming the door all night and day.

Condition of room was great, but bathroom tub was filthy due to overlay in tub that was filthy all underneath. Not the Maids' fault it was terrible fix for an old dirty tub in the 2 rooms in which I stayed.
