Good price. Good value. Fire alarm went off twice during the night degraded our experience

Noisy air conditioning system.

Les + : The staff.
Les - : Make sure sheets are not stained and air/heat works properly.
The air conditioner was so noisy we did not want to run it. One of the sheets was slightly stained. However, the staff was very professional and friendly.

Location wasn't easy to find because of the construction.

Situation : too much construction in the area
comfortable stay at a good price, room was well kept and very clean and comfortable

Condition of Facility is rapidly going downhill

Did not have the room with double beds as needed and as booked. Had to put us in a room that was undergoing repairs. No TV signal in Hotel & had not been repaired that day and was still out when we left the following morning.

we express for the ground level but were given the third floor,our room was hot so we asked for a another room and we were given a room on the first floor we entered the room and the cigarette smoke was over powering!! they gave us another room and we completed our night there but it never cooled down there were dogs were everywhere in the hotel we booked three rooms that night if my friends were not with me i would gone some place else and i will never stay in a la quinta again,thanks for letting me say this!

Meets basic needs.

Les + : Price was acceptable. Room was clean.
Les - : Better breakfast. Better mattresses.
Situation : Had to make several turns through a residential neighborhood to get there. Not easy in the dark. A few food outlets in the area.
Hotel was a little difficult to get to. Room was OK, but not terrific. King bed had some sag on the sides. No refrigerator. TV had basic channels only. Breakfast was a little disappointing. No meat, No brewed coffee. No fresh juice. Not happy that price went up by $7 while I was talking to booking agent. Not cool.

getting run down

We have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time in the last 3 yrs on our way to Pigeon Forge, Tn. It is getting in a run-down condition. Will not be staying there anymore. No TV service at all. No outside lights on.

Nice, pet friendly hotel

Check in with Kristina was a breeze. We called ahead to confirm a late arrival and she even told us to travel safely and she'd see us soon! The next morning when we went down for breakfast, she was working again, this time, in the breakfast area. Very hard working and friendly lady. We didn't bring our pet but nice to know we can next time if needed. All other staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was nice, but the TVs didn’t work all weekend

Staff were very friendly, hotel smelled clean. The people who were in the room next to us were very noisy.
