Chmbre 517 matla pouri il faut le changer et suite on a demander de nous changer la chambre . La chambre 313 vue vulnérable !!!! ouvre sur un cour ou vous trouvez que les centrale de climatisations, désagréable, mauvais et trés sale.

hotel placé proche de toutes les commodités metro
c est la 2 e fois que j arrive dans cet hotel qui est très bien placé a coté de la place de taksim prochr du métro bus et taxis près du jardin de taksim avec son super café dans les jardins très bien desservi l hotel est bien entretenu propre pas de stress tranquille le personnel accueillant jeune à votre service un très grand buffet bien fourni le matin de tout à manger pour tous les gouts à volonté qualité prix vraiment bien on est comme chez soi dans uns rue tranquille sans le bruit de l avenue pour bien dormir dr francine aksel

Correct, mais pas un 4 étoiles.
Le Konak est très bien situé à deux pas de la station de métro Taksim. Le personnel de la réception est courtois et efficace. La décoration est abominable, et les tapis défraichis. Les chambres sont relativement confortables, si ce n'est qu'il n'y a pas de bureau pour travailler. La connexion wifi est capricieuse. Trois fruits nous attendaient à l'arrivée et deux bouteilles d'eau sont données chaque jour. Le plateau thé/café à disposition était inutilisable en raison de la puanteur de la bouilloire dans laquelle de l'eau devait stagner depuis longtemps.

Location, quiet and staff. While check in i found pillow cases in the room was Not changed it was used by previous guest despite they told me that my room is ready for check in, this was a huge disappointment for me. It seems also blanket cover was used not changed, I immediately reported to the house keeping supervisor he quickly taken action to change used pillow cases. Hotel is not having 4 star facilities it's only 3 star Hotel.

The only problem I had been experienced was security of the neighborhood at night hours. There are plenty of homeless, drunk, high and potential dangerous people near of the hotel. Other than that everything was okay.
