Un "classic" d'Istanbul, bientôt rénové
Mon 3eme séjour dans cet hotel. J'avais réservé une chambre avec vue Bosphore, au check-in on me dit qu'il n'y a que le 1er étage de dispo sauf si je paye un supplément, dans ce cas le 7eme étage est dispo. C'est dommage et ca laisse le sentiment de se faire un peu avoir ... Pour le reste ce Hilton reste un hotel un peu unique à Istanbul de part sa localisation parfaite, son calme, son espace et ses chambre avec une magnifique vue, si vous arrivez à en avoir une :) Les chambre sont un peu fatiguées et les salles de bains très fatiguées, mais les rénovations commencent au printemps 2022

L établissement et les services du personnel sont impeccables, du directeur a la dame de nettoyage, tous ont été professionnels. Le gros point négatifs est la politique financière de l établissement. Il demande dés l arrivé une provision ou caution pour les éventuels dépenses qu on aurait dans l établissement, comme si nous allions héberger, manger boire et partir en fuyant du hilton. Moi, j ai refusé de payer la caution, et il ont immédiatement vider le mini bar.. comme si je n avait pas de quoi payer 3 canette de coca. J ai du payer immédiatement apres chaque café ou repas que j ai consommer puisque sans caution je ne pouvais plus avoir un compte. Donc, j ai de quoi payer le hilton pour 10 jours pour 3 personnes, mais il ont peur que je ne paie pas 2 cafés que je consomme.. C est vraiment pitoyable. Je ne conseille pas cet hotel, avec cette mentalité, et cette politique de vouloir se rassurer pour la moindre cacahuète, ce n est pas digne d un 5 étoiles.

Tres bon hotel. Excellent service et personnel aimable, hotel bien entretenu. Emplacement excellent aussi, proche de Nisantasi et du Bosphore. L'hotel est tres grand. La sale du petit dejeuner tres agreeable. Seul reproche: les chambres se font vieilles (mais bien entretenu) et auraient besoin d'un coup de jeune afin de les rendre plus modernes.

Très bon établissement. Confortable et très bien localisé (près de la place Takssim). Idéal pour les familles. L'ensemble du personnel est très professionnel, acceuillant, sympathique notamment Khayyâm au restaurent du petite déjeuner et Beatrisz au salon du RDC. Nous y avons fait un excellent séjour.

Sejour decevant
Chambre sale, menage fait depuis des annees mais pas refait. Serviettes jaunes, et pire une des serviettes contenait de la moisissure et pliee telle quelle. Finalement certains clients ont raison chambre vieillote, tout le 7e etage ne devrait pas etre loue. Balcon se ferme mal, nous avons paye une vue sur Bosphore qui ne sert a rien et vous fait entendre tout le bruit du trafic. Le 8e etage est convenable. Le petit dejeuner au RDC est digne dun 3 etoiles, affreux bruyant, personnel depasse. Un conseil choisissez le petit dejeuner au salon executif, plus relaxant. Buffet a varier en quantite et en qualite. Qualite de la nourriture a surveiller, car certains aliments sont pourris ou moisis.

Spacious rooms
The rooms are very spacious and the balcony had an amazing view. Everything was great from the staff to the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
