Mon sejour etait horrible. Bruit, receptionniste ne m ont pas assisté pour trouver des info basics (pharmacie de garde), 1 litre d'eau par jour par chambre meme en cas de besoin en plein de nuit.

Mon séjour a était tellement agréable, j’en suis vraiment contente. Dès mon arrivée à l’hôtel j’ai eut un accueil chaleureux, l’équipe de nuit est vraiment adorable, vous pouvez compter sur eux pour le moindre problème. Les chambres sont spacieuse et les lits comfortable et surtout les chambres sont bien insonorisés, je n’ai entendu aucun bruit depuis la chambre pourtant j’étais au 1 er étage.... L’hôtel offre un service remarquable. Petit déjeuner bon. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci beaucoup.

Kız arkadasın iki defadır kalıyoruz.. Şahsen kendı de hotelcıyım ve gercekten bir hotel olacak hersey mevcut... Kahvaltısından tutun oda temizliğine kadar hepsi çok iyi muazzam... Personel çok saygılı.. Gercekten işlerini özveriyle yapıyorlar.. Buda hizmetin kalitesini ortaya koyuyor... Hotel posizionato in una buona posizione. Personale alla reception accogliente. La camera abbastanza ampia ma non molto pulita (c’erano i cuscini decorativi sporchi, macchie appiccicose sulla scrivania e ho trovato anche un pelo in bagno). L’insonorizzazione delle camere non esiste. Si sente praticamente tutto. Colazione abbastanza buona. Troppo altro il prezzo speso.

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr gut. Wir hatten als Familie 3 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Diese waren im 4 Stock und sehr modern. Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage bzw. nur zum Heizen des Zimmers. Daher war in der ersten Nach sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren zum Innenhof und dort liefen sehr viele Geräte, sodass man nachts auch nicht das Fenster offenlassen kann. Der Frühstücksraum ist im 1. OG und über das Treppenhaus offen zu allen Stockwerken. Daher hat es morgens im ganzen Hotel nach Essen gerochen. Nicht komplett unangenehm, aber doch störend. Das Hotel arbeitet offenbar mit einer Klinik für Haartransplantationen zusammen. Daher sieht man im Hotel sehr viele Personen mit Verbänden am Kopf. Im Frühstückraum kamen wir uns teilweise vor wie in der Kantine einer Klinik. Der Anblick ist schon etwas störend. Das Spa im Keller des Hotels ist recht klein. Der Pool ist zudem nur bis 20:00 geöffnet. Die Behandlungen (Massagen, Kosmetik) sind recht teuer und werden in US Dollar abgerechnet. Beispielsweise kostet eine 45 Minuten Ganzkörpermassage 70 US Dollar. Da die Lage des Hotels sehr gut und der Preis OK ist, kann ich das Hotel dennoch empfehlen.

The only good thing about the hotel is the service of yilmaz, mehmet and murat. The hotel rooms are so tiny and small. Except room 1810. Another good thing is the location of the hotel. Make sure never take the breakfast its not worth it.

I had to stay at the Nova plaza for almost 13 days. Overall I was not satisfied with the visit. Breakfast was very poor and the staff specifically the dine-in Manager was extremely rude and had a fight with me over me asking him for a cup of tea. The beds were very old as well. People were smoking inside their rooms and I had to complain a few times to the receptionist and no action was taken. way overpriced. ilmaz helped very much with stuff and I thank him for that. I felt I was ripped off with this visit.
