Guests initially enter Happy Place by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the primary suite, the bunk room suite and a laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find the guest suite. On the top floor of the home, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch and outdoor balcony. There is an outdoor foot rinse area near the stairs to the front porch -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace is not available for guest use. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2025. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not expect this to impact Wild Dunes.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION. Please note that road construction for new water sewer line will be ongoing in the community until end of April. Landscaping work will occur during May and June. There may be construction & vehicular noise, dust and temporary roadways but the road to Fairway Dunes villas will remain open.

Happy Place

Was an awesome place to spend four days while visiting Charleston. It was everything that was advertised. The location was perfect for driving into Charleston for all historical tours. IOP had great food and close to Sullivan Isle. Would definitely stay at Happy Place again.

Enjoyable Stay

Stayed for 4 nights at this property. We had three couples and the place accommodated us well. We liked the location and access to the beach, pickleball courts, etc. Would recommend that the pillows on the porch get replaced, and also had difficulty managing the AC/Heating. But overall, the place was great.

Perfect for our family

This property was a percect place to stay while visiting our son who is stationed in Charleston with the Air Force. There were plenty of things for us to find to do close by and the beach was amazing. We look forward to coming back again.
