Bad hotel bad attention

We arrived at the hotel after booking a room with twin beds ( I was accompanied by my mother) , and they had only rooms with double beds , as understood we could not stay there. The person who greeted us was friendly and never gave us any solution to our problem , that nothing could be done , so we decided to go there. We were very badly treated , but said that as we had not canceled the reservation that anyway the charged , made ​​us feel really bad , and gave us to understand that we left to another hotel, which of course we did and paid double that night. Dont really no right to such treatment .

Ótimo hotel. Acomodações excelentes, espaçosa, ótimo banheiro, equipe atenciosa. O restaurante é muito bom, inclusive recomendado na lista top da região.

Perfect hotel at great location

Wonderful view, comfortable rooms, good staff, great location if you want to explore Loire Valley. Very nice restaurant (not cheap) - food is more on innovative side, rather than traditional.
