Salle de bain problématique, renvoi d’eau du bain peu efficace. Rien n’a bougé malgré un commentaire fait à la réception en debut de Séjour. Serviettes tâchées dans la salle bain. Tout le reste était parfait.

It was really nice and clean. Many dining options in the area. Even inside the hotel, two bars and a nice restaurant. Hotel is clean and staff were nice.

The room had no pool for the kids and no refrigerator or microwave in the room. For the price you think these things would be included. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not included with the stay and did not have a variety of choices to choose from. My recommendation would be to add another toaster as well as pancakes and sausages seeing that’s you’re paying $50 to add it to your stay. The parking cost $60 for valet which is a bit much in my opinion. I did like that it was located in a central location downtown near the basketball arena and restaurants.

I did not get free parking I paid for, the garage was full. The room assigned to us had guests already. We almost didn’t get another room after driving 6 hours. The room we did get had hair on the sink top, dirty shower walls & curtain. If I wasn’t so tired and the time of night, I would have left. For all of this money, I expected better.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I must have missed, when I booked online, that there was no refrigerator in the room - that was a little inconvenient for us but we made do. Everything else was great! Plus, we had a fantastic view of Lucas Oil Stadium!

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room and someone else’s clothes were still hanging in the closet. The front desk service was exceptional, especially from Andrew. He went above and beyond to help with a billing problem. I cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism.
