TRIPLE charged for room (@$560 each!) Not enough room here for whole story, but serious mistakes (plural) at front desk.Manager rude when I called the day after checkout, tho she did eventually reverse one of the charges (debit card). Said she'd "look into" the double charge to the credit card. After 11 days, no reversal to the credit card. I called hotel twice in the meantime - "mgr not here today." Called Expedia for help. They were able to find out that the request for reversal was made by the hotel on the same evening I talked to the manager. No attempt was made to let me know that she had, after all, "looked into it" and found that they had made a mistake. My cell phone # was on record with them.

Rooms were clean. Staff was approchable and always avilable. We got there at 2AM and still had no issues check within minutes. Ample parking available. Breakfast was perfect considering the price we paid. welcome Tea/Coffee with many options.

I'm not a huge review guy unless there is something that needs addressed good or bad. I felt like due to the misleading rating this had on Expedia, and the aggregate amount of issues I should at least do my part to warn my fellow travelers. For starters, we located what appeared to be dried blood on the wall of the elevator to go to our room. Next, one of the two keys we were provided didn't work and we found this out by repeatedly trying both keys until the one finally granted access. Then, we were greeted in the room with a used gooey plastic/rubber glove sitting on top of the tv stand. Went to lay down on one of the beds and noticed one pillow had a mascara stain on the under side and it wasn't a washed stain. You could tell it was a fresh unwashed transfer. The floor of the room has not been swept in who knows how long due to the ton of loose food crumbs, lint, and random pieces of stuff on the floor. The bathroom sink was an extremely slow drainer where, like almost completely clogged. When my son was brushing his teeth he yelled for me to come in the bathroom and smell the water that was sitting in the sink and it smelled like sewage, couldn't figure that one out. We weren't provided any liners for the dirty ice bucket. The refrigerator did not work & smelled like something rotten had been in it recently. Finally, one of the hand towels in the bathroom needed an extra run through the washer due to some chunky leftovers on it when I pulled it out to use it.

The photos listed are not accurate. The rooms were dark and the non smoking room was at one time a smoking room. The lamps/shades, phone and curtain were very yellowed by old smoke. There was also a cigarette burn in the sheer curtains. The rooms are in a much need upgrade. However the staff were fantastic!

I reserved a room. when I arrived the staff member was unable to check me in during a reasonable time(unsure why). I was exhausted from a long day of travel, so after what seemed like an hour, I asked him to call his manager. During this same trip I had another issue with the reservation/check in process. I feel like I would have been better off just walking in and asking for a room. Is this an expedia issue?

Hotel was clean and quiet and it was completely sold out. The staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The rooms have been remodeled and updated. The breakfast selection was great and the staff did an excellent job of keeping it filled. On the down side, there was a snowfall the night before my arrival. When I arrived the next afternoon the parking lot was a sheet of ice. It remained that way through the next day when I checked out. Hopefully no one fell or was injured due to the extremely icy conditions. The rooms have laminate faux hardwood floor look to them. Aesthetically appealing but I had to take my shoes off in the hallway or I was tracking in sloppy wet shoes from the parking lot. With that said, I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a minor maintenance problem that they were able to solve the next morning. The room was clean everywhere except the couch. (We found lots of popcorn and cornels in and around the couch). The hotel was close to family and close to Indianapolis without the price of being in Indianapolis.
