Lively and fun. Nice people and the best food I had on the whole island. Big coconuts filled with strong booze. On the ocean and it is like being on a ship. Pool is not all that though, it was small and generally I did not feel relaxed there. Depends what you are want, people i met there say they go every year, but it just was not my favorite. The rooms are basic- just fine and beds are super comfy-but for a family with small kids it just was not a fit for us at all - it is more a couple's place as the ocean isn't one that kids can go into etc and the crowd is more couple or teenager oriented.

Very friendly welcome by everyone here! Lovely service, great room, great water pressure, clean, safe parking, stunning ocean side location, great drinks and food and perfect for exploring this side of Puerto Rico. Family run also which is great. Great value!

Everything about this hotel is great. I stayed 2 nights. From the pool to the access to the beach the views from the deck and the restaurant was amazing. I definitely will stay there again. Todo bien bonito y limpio. El servicio fue excelente.

This is a lovely place for an oceanside stay. The beach in front is not enormous but the water is really nice for swimming--small waves, mostly sandy underfoot--and you can walk along the beach outside the property for about a mile. The resort has all the amenities you'd want, although some of the decor is a bit dated. Food and drinks at the restaurant were good, although the service was often extremely slow and inattentive. But for the price, location, and friendliness of the staff it's a great base in Rincon! We would return.

Hotel is great the location is wonderful and the bar, pool, deck, and beach area are really well suited for hanging out and enjoying downtime. There was not much to walk too but they had safe and convenient parking.

The staff is amazing. My favorite is drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the waves hitting the beach. The sunsets 10 out of 10. This time of the year was able to see in 3 different days WHALES!!!! Paradise = Villa Cofresi.

I didn't like the price of some plates, but just that because the food looks delicious and the server very polite. It was very peaceful and wonderful place to stay. There are places around to go like bakery, Grocery and shopping.

I love this resort, everything about it. Still had an amazing time and the staff are very kind. BUT. They are definitely watering down their alcohol. I ordered a double vodka straight up to drink later in my room, was in the freezer for 30 minutes and was COMPLETELY frozen. Im not sure who the owners are trying to fool, but grown people know vodka doesnt freeze. So that was very upsetting to know i spent a LOT of $$ at the bar for watered down drinks. Waited 20 minutes for menus/drinks when it was not busy, staff just not paying attention. Was never this way in previous stays but this is pretty insulting and just plain bad business. Hoping my next stay here i get what i pay for.

The customer service at the Villa Cofresi is the very best I've experienced post covid. The service is so good it overshadows some small inconveniences such as a hard bed, outdated rooms and no decent chairs/ lounge chairs on the beach. The place is kept very clean. The restaurant/ bar on site is an extremely nice feature and does offer some lower priced food options. The nachos were the best I've ever had. The pool is small and requires "reserving" according to the information in the room. The Villa Cofresi is well worth the price to stay,

The restaurant was very good for all 3 meals. The service was excellent. We have one complaint. We didn't have any hot water in our room the entire stay and it was never fixed. The water was cool at best. And the pipes constantly made noise.
