Près de l’aéroport. Chambre ordinaire, aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation. La nourriture est très dispendieuse et moyenne. Le prix des chambres est très très élevé $$$

Nice place. Spacious rooms. Dated hallways and buildings. Common area bathrooms were not taken care of as well as we would’ve liked. Beach was nice, pool area was nice. Food at the pool took a long time to be delivered.

The bartenders, pool attendants and restaurants were excellent. Beach chair attendants were quite rude and prioritized people renting chairs for $25 over actual guests of the hotel spending thousands which was very disappointing.

Came here for our anniversary and they put us out a night early for no reason .And then refused a refund. They cheat in the casino and won’t give you your winnings. If you start winning too much they will tell you you have to leave. Do not recommend.

The “zero” alarm went off at 1am. We waited 45 mins passed our check in time to check in. No one called. I had to call 3 times to get updates. Trash everywhere outside. The room sheets had eyelash extensions- clearly they were not changed. It’s def over priced for as dirty and chaotic as it is.

was very nice. great outside area, very clean & beach area was wonderful. helpful staff on beach to set up chairs & umbrellas. few notes: nothing to do for young teens as they can’t drink yet and hotel needs ice cream! was looking for some quick treats afterwards but only in restaurant. their lil store closes by 8 so get some snacks which are expensive of course, beforehand as there are no vending machines in the floors. breakfast buffet was good but pricey as well.

I had a short stay … so, Being close to the airport is good … bad, was the waiter, security at the pool area! … I asked the bartender for a bucket of 5 Heinekens … came out to $50.00 … bartender said beers are not allowed in the pool, but you can enjoy them at your seat … two minutes later security confiscated the beers, saying beers are not allowed in the pool area … I demanded my beers back or my 50.00 back or please call the police! … because they could not communicate within themselves … the whole thing was totally unnecessary if they were all on the same page … none of my un satisfaction would have come to light.

The property was well kept. The staff was friendly but slow overall I it was a great location in the beach. Our air conditioner was on its last leg and barely had cool air. Sheets were rough and beds was very hard.

we needed a property convenient to the airport for our morning flight out of San Juan and this one fit the bill. The pool area, beach and staff were all nice. The rooms were very clean but could use a refresh, especially the bedding and the loud in-room AC units.

The staff of this hotel is the most welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is located in on of the best beaches in Isla Verde. The restaurant is one of the only restaurants in this area that is right in front of the beach. The convenience of the location, right next to the airport is a plus, specially when traveling for a short weekend.

The rooms are really outdated and smell like mildew. However the facility itself: restaurants, pool, beach, lobby, casino all very beautiful. The actual room NOT worth what you pay for. Pick another hotel if you plan to relax in your room. If you plan to be out the entire time then go for it.

Great place to stay, everything is needed where your at. 4 pools: kiddos, toddlers, handicap/special needs & of course adults with swim up bar. But 1 Jacuzzi with no strong jets 😢 3 restaurants, casino, free water, No shuttle there & back & they only take ca$h. Other than that had a great time, staff very professional,clean. Ocean clean secluded, they bring out your chairs & umbrella 🏖️ as well. I'll be definitely going back!
