I was initially impressed by the well organized check-in and by the room itself, particularly the private patio area. But I had the misfortune to get quite ill (NOT the hotel's fault.) Hotel staff arranged two trips to hospital emergency, and then stayed with me throughout my time in emergency making sure I was not alone. After I was admitted to hospital, hotel staff visited me every day, 2, sometimes 4 people. They made sure I was getting treatment I needed, provided amenities, and arrange needed extra hospital services. In over a week in hospital, the Cher Resort staff made sure I never felt alone. They made me part of their family. And they made what could have been a very difficult time for me quite bearable. Staff at the hotel went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected and I am extremely impressed.

Wonderful service. Great stay. I recommend it.
This hotel is small and perhaps not luxurious but certainly a good choice for couples as it is quiet and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was fabulous. It was within walking distance to another big hotel, around which there were a number of restaurants to dine in, or the hotel also provided bicycles for guests to ride around the area, even to the nearby palace. Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us call for the return bus, and even gave us a free ride to the bus stop. Two little concerns were that the hotel has 3 levels but I didn't see a lift, so anyone with walking difficulty may have to make special arrangement with the hotel. The beach was not so good for swimming. Not many choices at breakfast, but enough for me.

just ok to stay,do not expect much
-terrible moon surface road along the way before enter the hotel. -terrible smell when parking and enter the lobby. -room key card is not work properly,sometime it work some time it not. -pool is so dirty and full of leaves. -sofa at the beach is extremely dirty

Nice hotel but need some veification
It is a nice hotel with service minded staff. Even though the location is not that near either Cha-am or Hua-hin but you can spend the night here without going anywhere. Btw, at the check in, staff informed us that we will get further discount for order food or drink at hotel's restaurant. But when we really ordered it, no discount at all, please verify your bill everytime.

Very Unexpected.
The hotel is located in a very tight and narrow soi with small local houses along the way. The place isn't big with a 3 or 4 story building. No elevators, though. Not recommended if you have a bad leg or knee if you got a room on the 3rd floor. Since the hotel's area is not spacious, at night time, you can smell smokes from burning leaves or something from the locals living nearby. The smoke comes into the room while you sleep and it is very annoying. I was there for 2 nights and smelt them on both nights. The bathroom's shower head could not be tilted. No shower curtains. So expect a very wet and flooded bathroom floor.

Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte
Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer gelegen, welches man über Treppen direkt erreichen kann. Wir hatten eine der beiden Villen am Strand, die wir nur empfehlen können. Die Villa ist schön und modern ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über eine Bose-Musikanlage und Heimkino mit herunterfahrbarer Leinwand. Über ein großes Tor, welches man von innen öffnet, hat man direkten Zugang zum Pool. Im Garten selbst befindet sich ein Wasserfall. Über ein paar Stufen erreicht man den eigenen Pool sowie eine eigene Ausruhzone auf dem Dach der Villa. Unten im eigenen Garten befindet sich ein Daybett sowie ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen. Das Restaurant ist einfach gehalten mit weißen Tischen und Stühlen, das Essen ist hervorragend!!! Es gibt noch eine Bar, an der man seine Coktails genießen kann. Leider ist das Hotel sehr abseits gelegen und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich nur thailändische Häuser und Hütten. Das Personal spricht nur schlecht englisch, was besonders beim Frühstück eine Herausforderung war, da dieses aus der Karte zusammengestellt werden musste. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und bemüht, manchmal halt mit mäßigem Erfolg. Fazit: für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (1-3 Tage) zu empfehlen, nicht aber für den gesamten Urlaub.

it's a hotel pop up in a village surrounding. Beach is bad, not worth to pay 150 sgd per night. it's a local Thai go place and not a single tourist. surrounding is dirty and run down. it's totally not comparable to phuket or Krabi. worst beach that I ever went in Thailand. waste time and money to travel 3 hrs by car from Bangkok. nothing ard the hotel just a few restaurant for food and massage. night market is 20km away. if u dun drive they charge you 700 baht for 2 way to go night market. motor bike rental is 200 Baht. the view is worst. dun bother to spend 150 sgd per night to stay at the sea spirit room. the picture show in the website is total rubbish. super disappointed. first and last time in hua hin.

Boutique hotel on the beach
It was a great 2 nights stay with my friend. We loved the pool with panorama view of the ocean and relaxing music throughout the day so we spent all day by the pool.

Close to the beach with nice view, however, swimming pool wasn't clean; not only leaves but something in the water. It seemed the pool wasn't cleaned for a long time. Staffs were friendly.
