Cet hébergement est ancien et nécessite des rénovations. La piscine principale est petite. Les villas sont spacieuses et propre mais anciennes. Le restaurant est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Un petit coin de paradis .... Je connais bien Hua Hin , j’ai fais beaucoup d’hôtels , j’hésitais à descendre dans cet hôtel car il est un peu éloigné du centre mais je ne regrette vraiment pas , il n’est qu’à 10 min du centre en voiture mais ça vaut le coup . On est complètement dépaysés, les piscines sont superbes , il y a pleins de petit coin pour ce balader dans l’hôtel . Les villas avec piscines le long de ces magnifiques allées sont superbes . On se sent vraiment comme sur une île déserte . Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants de 2 et 6 ans il est super pour eux aussi ( piscine adapté et Kiss club) je recommande cet hôtel à 100%

-Positifs : Jolies et 2grandes piscines, lits confortables, petit déjeuner excellent , navette vers le centre ville gratuite malgré qu'il faille s'inscrire a l'avance pour avoir une place dans le bus, grande salle de bain avec 2douches et une baignoire, wifi partout dans l'hôtel. -Négatifs: Hotel très éloigné du centre et près de l'aéroport de Hua-Hin réservation faite pour 3personnes( 2adultes, 1enfant) avec 3petits déjeuners et ils te font payer des frais supplémentaires pour l'enfant. beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres et l'hôtel te fait payer la bombe anti moustique qui est pourtant gratuite dans d'autres hôtel comme le Centara par exemple, des frais supplémentaires sont ont été appliqués pour du linge (une serviette salie) , ménage fait très tardivement dans les chambres parfois après 16H, nous avons été parfois obligé de chercher une femme de chambre pour que notre chambre soit nettoyé pourtant la chambre était libre, absence de plage privée a l'hôtel pourtant située en bordure de mer.

Petit coin de paradis à Hua Hin, idéal pour les familles et les couples. Nous avions une villa magnifique avec piscine privée et nous avons aussi beaucoup profités de la piscine à débordement de l'hôtel dans laquelle nous étions les seuls, la plage ne nous a pas du tout manqué. Le petit dej est excellent et varié (cuisine thai et international). L'accueil est parfait.

Personnel très bien (si votre tête EU). petit déjeuner moyen. Eau mal traité. Infection Urinaire pour 2 fois de bain chaud. Chambre + SDB max 70 m2 (pas 120 m2). Excellent payage. 5 mn de voiture pour aller Marcket village et marchés de Nuits. Taxis forfait 200 bath.

Un resort hors du commun... convivial, magnifique qui fait du séjour dans cet hôtel un moment inoubliable. l'accueil, le personnel de toutes les zônes - Restauration, piscine et plage, pool bar, lobby, ménage etc..- est exceptionnellement chaleureux. Chaque personne est là pour vous aider, vous servir, être attentif et même devancer vos attentes et envies en toute simplicité et discrétion. Le soir, me prélassant devant la plage, une personne est venue me mettre de l'anti-moustiques afin que ces petits insectes ne me piquent pas. Ce resort à taille humaine, avec ses lacs, ses jardins et ses magnifiques suites fait qu'on se sent comme chez soi en étant cocooné du matin au soir. Une seule hâte: y séjourner à nouveau

Très bel hôtel
Bon séjour. Buffet du petit déjeuner excellent, cuisine à la carte également. Personnel a l'écoute et agréable. Cependant, le menage des chambres laisse à désirer et le point noir de ce séjour est une literie de mauvaise qualité (oreillers et matelas durs et bas de gamme), inadmissible pour un hôtel de cet catégorie. Autre problème, il n'y a pas de plage. Nous nous retrouvons sur du sable mais pour accéder à la mer, nous devons passer par un promontoire en béton et descendre des escaliers. Heureusement, une très belle piscine permet d'oublier cet inconvénient.

Cet hôtel bénéficie de la renommée de Hua Hin(ville avant tout recherchée pour sa proximité de Bangkok). Les jardins et les piscines sont magnifiques, mais il est impossible de se baigner dans la mer.Cet hôtel classé 5 étoiles aurait bien besoin d'une remise au goût du jour de son lobby et de certaines parties communes(restaurant et restaurant de plage en particulier dont le matériel est vieillot). les chambres sont grandes mais la climatisation bruyante. Cet hôtel est cher pour ce qu'il offre, et ne vaut pas 5 étoiles. Le personnel,bien que dévoué,parle très mal anglais d'où certaines difficultés de compréhension.

Cher pour un hotel de se standing. Faîtes attention au photos, sa ne reflete pas la chambre. Problème avec la climatisation et les lumières mais arranger de suite avec les hotesses. Chambre pas nettoyé lors de notre sortie. J'ai du faire une réclamation, et le personnel c'est déplacé.

Très bel hôtel au calme, personnel incroyable et aux petits soins, chambre confortable et spacieuse, bonne connexion wifi, plats au restaurant et au petit déjeuner variés et délicieux, piscine propre MAIS LA PLAGE EST UNE FAUSSE PLAGE!!! BORDS DANGEREUX ET SALES, il S'AGIT EN FAIT D'UNE PLAGE ARTIFICIELLE ET EN CONTRE BAS SE TROUVE UN DOCK BÉTONNÉ. JE NE M'Y ATTENDAIS PAS DONC DÉCEPTION A L'ARRIVÉE. COMME LE RESTE EST PARFAIT ET QUE MES ENFANTS SE SONT DE TOUTE FAÇON AMUSÉS COMME DES FOUS, ÇA M'ALLAIT MAIS JE TROUVE QUE ÇA VAUDRAIT LE COUP DE LA PART D'EXPEDIA DE BIEN LE PRÉCISER POUR ÉVITER D'AUTRES DÉÇUS.

Hotel conforme aux photos de voyageurs. Personnel tres accueillant. Petit dejeuner delicieux et tres diversifie. Piscine avec vue sur la mer agreable mais pas totalement propre : joints sales laissent traces sur les doigts et rebord piscine enduit produit noir qui peut egalement un peu salir. (N empeche pas de profiter de la piscine). Seconde piscine un plus sale, en nettoyage durant notre sejour dommage car située en face de la chambre versus autre piscine a 5 minutes de marche. Le spa est un est assez cher, prix similaires a ceux pratiques a Paris (3 massages testes). En conclusion, je recommande cet hotel qui peut neanmoins s ameliorer sur piscine et spa.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast buffet had nice variety. The only negative is that the hotel is next to the water but it does not have a walkable beach.

Lovely hotel with a lot of green. Staff are very nice, polite and helpful. They are also quick on feedback. When we first check-in to the hotel, terrace in the room was a bit dirty due to some leaves from tree. After we told them, they immediately sent someone to clean. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is okay with variety of options. The restaurant „Baan Dum“ offer great Thai food with live music in the evening. The only downside would probably be the fitness that some equipments don‘t seem to get taken care of and the air-con in the fitness room smell. But other than that it‘s a great place to spend time for your vacation and private time with your love one. Property is inaccessible to the sea.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation
Fantastic stay. I had in my mind the picture of a perfect location and relaxation, and we had that at Movenpick Hua Hin. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Ducky who checked in on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.

6 nights stay
We stayed at the resort for 6 nights during the off-season (September). We were lucky with the weather and not crowded at all. The hotel/resort is quite unique as no normal hotel rooms. Only suites and villas. The Resort is a bit old but very well maintained both the grounds as well as the rooms and all of the staff are well trained and friendly. The resort is a little distance from Hua Hin downtown and no restaurants nearby. The Resort only has 2 restaurants (1 Thai and 1 Western) and both are very expensive. Short taxi/Grab/TukTuk ride to Downtown Hua Hin (about 200 Bath). All in all a very nice place and i am sure we will be back

Maybe better not.
Overall felt like not right for the price you are paying - water walk ways broken pool surroundings dirty one pool was even not cleaned for a while ( water greenish or do they call it emerald pool for a reason ) once you left the room it was just not feeling any special for the money you spent there. And I stayed in many many similar priced places

Lovely courteous and helpful staff and beautiful hotel grounds with a traditional style to the property. The food was so good in quality and portion size, so very good value and recommended. Nice touch too the hotel does a complimentary chocolate hour late afternoon (but to perfect the kind gesture it there should be tea and coffee included too, IMO). Really nice spa experience too. So ver my relaxing and worth the cost. We had a private pool villa which we didn’t use that much as the sun never really stayed on the pool area for long enough so worth considering when choosing pool villa or other room options. However the villas are very private, comfortable and relaxing. The grounds are just beautiful and manicured sensitive to the tropical surroundings and feel. Job well done by the ground keeping staff. Drinks a bit overpriced and a 24h or late lobby bar is needed since the “beach” bar closes at 10pm so thereafter room service is only option which isn’t as social if part of a group. But overall this was a genuinely pleasant stay and would go back when in Hua Hin.

Truely a lovely little gem of a hotel outside of Hua Hin. Hotel grounds are beautiful and manicured. Swimming pools are big and cleaned daily. Staff are wonderful and go above and beyond. We had amazing service there from start to finish. Rooms are huge. Breakfast and chocolate hour and food in general are superb. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Mövenpick Asara resort in Hua him could not have been more perfect. Our private Villa with pool was immaculate and perfect for our 1 year old son. Although we didn’t get to interact with the housekeeping staff, they always went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful, leaving gifts for us and our son and adapting to our needs. The restaurant staff were the highlight of our stay, always friendly, helpful and professional and provided us with amazing children’s meals. Whilst all the staff were amazing, we would especially like to thank Cindy, Nan, Sao, Bella, Thip, Cake, and Boom who couldn’t have done more to make our son’s first holiday so amazing. They all truly went above and beyond their duties and we already miss them.

Beautiful hotel but be careful checking-in
It seems like the hotel didn’t get the room information from Hotels.com. I have to show the staff about my reservation details that included breakfast and dinner. Moreover, I got only the half board dinner which means I can choose only two menus from their list even I called them for before booking. Staff told me I can choose one for appetizer, one for a la carte, and one for dessert:( However, staff at Kampu restaurant were very nice and helpful, especially Khun Kik.

The villa was amazing and so was the restaurant and the kind staff there. Checkout-person Beam had really bad English and we didn’t understand each other and the payment-process at all. Really confusing experience that we didn’t appreciate. Gym was never cleaned once during our 5 days stay. Old food-remains in gym, really unfresh. Overall, a nice hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. The room was nice and I loved the outdoor shower. The hotel was very busy! I liked everything about our stay except for the check in which was absolutely awful. We had to wait 45 minutes to get a room. It was phenomenally busy and many Thai customers were allocated rooms before us. Sadly, this would deter me from going back to the hotel again.
