Hôtel de standing proche aéroport.
Séjour pour conférence. L'hôtel est élégant, propre et le staff aimable. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Par contre il n'y a pas de vrai restaurant dans l'hôtel (bar restaurant uniquement) ni aux alentours. Proche de l'aéroport mais un peu loin de la ville (environ 20-30 minutes en voiture ou Uber). Pas de shopping possible à proximité. Le Wifi de l'hôtel est vraiment trop lent.

We got a handicap room had to change, no top in the shower so all the water ran into the room, then they changed us the same aituation in the shower, no division from.thw shower to the bathroom.ao the water runa into the bathroom and a terrible noose of the air conditioning making even shake the secueity bix in the closet space making a terrible nooae

Television did not work. I called immediately and was told someone would come look at it. No one came. Took 10 minutes for the water to get hot.

You can tell House keeping does their bare minimum. Towels had yellow stains on them. Areas behind the head board was a huge source of dust, LED lights did not work. When taking a shower it took 15 mins for the water to get hot, and then it got way too hot, then took another 5 mins just to cool down. The hotel room exit door did not latch on its own, thankfully I was paying attention and had to force the door shut, and dead bolt. Really cool opportunity for this place, wish it was taken better care of.

The hotel was in general nice, but the shower had worst water pressure I have ever experienced.

We were very appreciative that we were able to check in early and check out a little late after coming back from the cruise waiting to catch our flight the next day. Good place to stay.

Poor customer experience
Arrived and they said hot water was out. I said will it be on by the morning if not I would find another place to stay. I got up the next morning to shower before a big meeting and the water had not been fixed. They down played it to get me to stay and didn’t communicate otherwise. I guess they just wanted my money and didn’t care if they had to lie about it to receive it. They have not tried anything to compensate for the terrible experience. I travel to Houston a lot and I probably won’t stay here again if they don’t care to fix their issue with the customers

The hotel was only in fair condition. There was garbage left in the hallway near our room during our short stay. The free shuttle to the airport took almost an hour to get us on arrival to Houston and we called right as got off the plane. The shuttle to the airport when leaving was much better. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

The property was great, friendly staff and comfortable room. During a dance competition event, parking was not ideal, had to circle several times to find a spot. The overflow parking garage gate was not functioning. Wish that Starbucks onsite stayed open longer. Overall it was a good place for 1 night.

Got stuck in the elevator. It was terrifying! The dining room was shut down, presumably to prepare a banquet meal, but the front desk was not notified. We waited a long time for the dining room to open and ended up driving to a restaurant 10 minutes away.

My apologies for you perception of our our property Edward. At the time of your stay we had a federal law enforcement conference being held. I would imagine if sex trafficking were taking place it would have been identified. When time permits please tall me more about your experience.

The hotel room had a shower that took around 5 minutes or more to become hot. The water leaked from the shower all the way out of the bathroom into the room. They did clean it frequently which was nice. The elevators are in need of some repairs. The neighborhood it was in did not appear safe. The surrounding blocks had a lot of active police work and apartments with bars on all the windows. The hotel also would not give me my Hilton Rewards Points.
