Hotel choisi pour sa localisation à Causaway Bay
L'hôtel nous a fourni une chambre dans les derniers étages (un grand merci pour cela). la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée mais un petit rafraichissement serait le bienvenue. Petit déjeuner très cher. Accueil impersonnel mais lié à l'activité importante au sein de l'hôtel (arrivée de groupe, organisation de réception, bref ça grouille de partout). Un soir, il a fallu faire la queue pour prendre l'ascenseur! En résumé, un très bel hôtel qui commence à accuser le poids des ans mais très bien situé dans Causeway Bay. Une valeur sure à Hong Kong. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un "roof bar" autour de la piscine située au dernier étage.

Relaxing stay
We had a relaxing stay at the Regal. The location is very convenient if you're willing to ride the subway to get to Central. The room was on the older side, but pretty comfortable overall. Two things to note: there are not many power outlets in the room, and the WiFi is fast but only available for a maximum of 2 devices. In terms of restaurants, I would skip the fancy upstairs one and go to Din Tai Fung instead. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight.

The hotel is on a very good location. There are many great food places and places within five minutes walk, including the subway ( MRT) station entrance. The check in process was easy and smooth. Our room was ready upon our check in at noon. Staff were also very friendly. Definitely you get what you paid. The size of the room was decent. However, the nightstands were dirty. We wiped it down with a disinfectant wipe and it was filthy. There were no outlets by the beds. The overall condition of the rooms are run down, especially the bathroom. They definitely need an upgrade.

The property inside thr room is too old and outdated. No heater, water leak from the shower door, USB connection exposed, cannot find the remote, and even the phone is not working. After complaint, staff has no interest in rewarding customer or really apologizing. Poor service and not very good attitude. However, a techician, cleaning maid, and the staff at the door who helps arranging taxi were all very helpful and quick. It is the frint desk and the management are poor in service. This hotel should only be a 2-3* hotel. The orice is too high for its service and facility.

掃除もきちんとされていて、浴室に広いバスタブがあり、旅の疲れも日々リセットされました。 長い歴史のあるホテルだと思いますが、壁紙が剥がれおち、至る所に古さを感じました。 バスタオルとハンドタオルのみでフェイスタオル、バスローブはありませんでした。

This hotel is nice and reasonable price. However, the building itself has many electrical USB charging and phone problems. I wasted ~3 hours trying to fix many problems in the early morning with not much helps. The phone from the room is not wirking at all. The room itself is too outdated. After complainting to the manager, he just told us to complains to the company web. I think it is not acceptable and we deserve to get some compensations for the trouble we gone through. Very poor service in our mind for a 4* hotel

The property does not offer bathrobes and the plumbing system isn't that great. You have to flush multiple times or hold the flush down for a long time to flush everything. Check in and out was very easy. It's a no smoking hotel but our first night there, all we smelled was cigarette smoke all night in our room. Neither of us smoke and I was pregnant so this made it really uncomfortable. Even with the air filter on we could still smell smoke. The air conditioner is very strong. We actually had to keep turning it off because it was so cold. The room service people kept turning it on everytime they cleaned the room. We even asked them to leave it off but they just kept turning it back on. I think the very last day we were there they finally kept it off.

The hotel is located in the heart of Causeway bay where shopping centres are and ample restaurants. I can go anywhere with tram stop right at the doorstep, MTR within walking distance and bus stops everywhere.

호텔 위치는 최상. 방 상태는 OK 하지만 이제는 많이 낡아 새로운 단장이 필요한 듯. 방안의 습도가 너무 높은 것이 최대의 단점. (1월의 방 습도가 90이상. 모든 것이 눅눅해 짐.)

部屋の壁紙が剥がれていたり、金庫の暗証番号を入力するシートが剥がれてたりしていたが、設備が使えないことはなかった。ホテル全体が暗く活気がない。スーツケースを持っている時もドアマンはドアを開けない。バスタオルは良かった。素晴らしいロケーションを活かして頑張って欲しい。

Hotel’s location and room condition was nice. there’s bath tub in room so that it helps relaxing after long distance of walk. But Wifi was terrible. My room was edge of one side and I have to use my cell phone tethering to connect to the internet.

設施較舊。職員服務態度好
大概14:30到，check-in職員表示未執好房，要等多半個鐘先有房。之後大概15:00再埋去，結果都係未得。不過職員既補救安排令我滿意。 房間被想像中細左，景觀唔太好，同網站上面既圖片有啲分別。設施都有啲老舊，水龍頭甩哂漆，櫃門鉸都差唔多甩出黎，洗手間兩個水龍頭其中一個無水出。

청결과 관리부분 이외는 불만족
위치 접근성이 좋고 주변에 맛집 많음. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 오래된 호텔이지만 관리상태는 훌륭함. 하지만 직원이 불친절하고 아침부터 저녁까지 무슨 공사를 하는지 호텔 내의 공사 소음이 굉장히 심했음. 침대 옆 콘센트 없으니까 멀티탭 챙겨가야함. 샤워가운 없음.

Welcoming staff, always friendly and helpful. Good value and undoubtedly popular as a result. Hard to fault anything at this hotel and I will be sure to book again. The only observation, not a criticism, is that some of the fittings and furnishing are beginning to look a little tired and well used. The hotel has been in business for a very long time I believe so not surprising. This comment does not in any way diminish the overall experience and convenience of the hotel and for the cost it is truly a worthwhile experience.

good location but old hotel and needs cleaning
hotel is old and needs some deep cleaning or renovation, room is also carpeted and has thin walls (noisy in the morning), front desk person also not hospitable, place is around 5 mins away from the subway, sogo and wellcome supermarket and donki near the dingding station, there is also an airport bus nearby, many places to eat nearby times square area
