The hotel well situated in the heart of the central town. The rooms were clean and quite big for Hong Kong’s hotels. But we were disapointed that the room were noisy because the street’s bars were not far and we heard all people shouting! The hotel is under big renovation so be aware to wake up early or before 9 o’clock!

On a adoré
Très bel hôtel, propre, confortable avec une décoration chic et soignée. Personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute des demandes, laverie à disposition trop top... Emplacement génial. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis vraiment super à l'aise. Le petit déj était lui aussi très bien et le mini bar free super aussi. On a adoré !!!

Petit Hôtel Moderne
Un court séjour agréable dans un petit hôtel moderne du centre de 'Central'. Rapport qualité/prix pour le centre de Hong Kong est tout à fait acceptable. Minibar, snacks, wifi à volonté. Petit déjeuner (chaud) simple mais efficaces servi dans le café du coin (ou dans la chambre). Propreté irréprochable, modernité irréprochable, amabilité du 'Front Desk' irréprochable.

Service impeccable
Je recommande cet hotel car il est moderne, design, le personnel est particulièrement gentils et accueillant. Sa formule "all inclusive" est originale : bar à volonté, petit déj et laverie. Le quartier est central et un peu en hauteur, c'est le quartier des bars américains et du RDV des expat après le boulot (je n'aime pas trop cette ambiance mais il n'y avait pas que ça !). La chambre était parfaite en terme de déco et d'équipement, le seul bémol peut être provient du fait que la climatisation était un peu bruyante et difficile à régler (24°C finissait par devenir froid !). Ce bruit n'était pas dérangeant au point de ne pas réussir à dormir mais it était constant et cela finit par prendre un peu la tête si l'on doit rester un long moment dans la chambre pour travailler. Malgré ce défaut je recommande cet hôtel pour la qualité de son personnel et la déco de la chambre.

Nous avons été plus que ravis du ovolo. Toutes les attentions étaient très appréciable. Le personnel était exceptionnellement gentil et prévenant. Le manager très présent nous a donne d'excellents conseils pour nôtre séjour. A recommander absolument

리모델링한지 얼마 안되서 아주 깨끗합니다. 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 다만 주변이 엄청 핫한 곳이라 클럽 소음이 장난이 아닙니다. 저음의 쿵쿵대는 소리는 직원이 준 귀마개가 전혀 도움이 되지 않습니다. 만약 예민한 부분이라면 여기에 머물면 안됩니다. 특히 금요일, 토요일, 일요일은 엄청나게 시끄럽습니다. 나는 예민한 편이지만, 여행이 힘들어 금새 잠들었기 때문에 결과적으로는 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 하지만 간단히 넘길 소음의 수준이 아니니 반드시 유념하고 선택하기 바랍니다.

It's ok
Can feel the music vibration from our room in level five. The mattress although hard but I can feel my partner whenever he moved. Not for light sleepers. Water pressure is good and hot water is quite immediate. There is a free mini bar which made us feel welcoming. Hotel is located up the slopes so unless you enjoy walking it would be quite a walk to the nearest mtr.

A good spot close to Central and many clients. Above KLF but sound was not an issue. Room was a good size. Nice desk area. Mini-bar offering upon arrival (but not refilled) was a nice touch. If walking from Central, take the mid-level escalator up to the Parade Ground/Old Prison and you will get right to the entrance without much perspiration

Fantastic room
Our room was so spacious, enormous for Hong Kong. Even the bathroom was spacious, with a really long vanity. Equipment included motorised curtains and blind, free mini bar, plenty of hanging space and a table and 2 chairs. The staff were excellent, especiallyFelix and Arhur, who went out of their way to be helpful. Don't be put off by the tiny foyer.

Staff is great, location is closed to Lai Kwai Fong and just a few walk to mtr. It is really good to have free mini bar and snacks. But it is quite disappointed on the interior and furniture, the lightning is too dim, inside looks torn.

HSKP knock on door at 10am on departure date
Overall a pleasant stay, but the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10am made me not quite happy. I did not put on any DND but is it appropriate to knock on a due-to-check-out guest room at 10am?

Quick stop over in HK
Great room. Interesting modern but residential decor. Well located close to LKF but far enough away from the noise. Normal (in Ovolo) free minbar is always a bonus. Food in VEDA restaurant was excellent, had dinner, not breakfast.
