Sale et mal entretenu!
Depuis longtemps l'hôte ne fait pas de travaux. Sous le lit et les armoires de la poussière depuis des mois. Sur les armoires également. Je l'ai signalé, mais tout le monde s'en fou! Egalement pleins de mites qui volent.

Going Downhill steadily for years
Hotel is getting worse. I have been coming every month for years and the hotel is steadily going downhill. Last year, they stopped providing bottled water. About 6 month ago, they started "forgetting" to put towels in rooms systematically. How convenient it is to jump into the shower after a long flight and realize there are no towels... Their most recent move (January 2020) is to stop providing complementary coffee in the rooms. What's the big deal, while you crawl down to reception to ask for towels you can also visit the nearest convenience store and buy your own coffee... Can't wait until 2021 to see what the next "improvement" will be. Maybe bring your own mattress? In the meantime, I will be looking for other options in Sai Ying Pun after years of BW Plus.

Hôtel extrêmement facile d’accès. À 10 m du tram et 250 du métro (sortie B Des Voeux). Le personnel était extrêmement serviable. Hôtel très calme et chambre bien insonorisée. Le seul petit bémol : les Asiatiques aiment les matelas très fermes, alors que les Européens préfèrent en général des matelas plus moelleux. Donc, si un matelas très ferme ne vous dérange pas, logez au Best Western Plus. C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont plutôt grandes quand on les compare aux chambres souvent minuscules des hôtels du centre d’Hong Kong. On peut aller se balader au parc du Dr Sun Yat Sen au bord de la mer (moins de 500 m). Le quartier est truffés de bons petits restaurants pas chers du tout. J’y retournerai très certainement.

Location was great. Public transportation was right at the hotel door. Front desk very nice and helpful. They let us do early check-in for free. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were very hard. No soft pillows.
