Établissement en plein centre ville avec un personnel aux petits soins pour les clients. Cadre somptueux. Station de bus et de trains à deux pas, très pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ à l’aéroport.

Tres cher pour ce que c est ! Seulement 10 places de parking et un voiturier qui vous envoie vous garer au parking du centre commercial. Le service au restaurant est très long . La chambre été grande mais très bruyante on entend tout chez les voisins

A fabulous hotel right in the centre of the city. Easy walking distance to most sights and the bus tours. Check in was quick and easy and the staff friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The bar had a really nice ambience and the food and drink was great. Breakfast was extremely nice. Rooms were a good size and ours, 802, had a fabulous view over the mountains.

Cannot recommend enough! Absolutely perfect stay. The room was spacious, with excellent amenities. The bathroom was also stunning. And I have to say probably one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept on (I hate hard mattresses and so many hotels have super hard mattresses). Staff went above and beyond, always with a smile and a hello. Super helpful. The location is amazing, just round the corner from the bus station (super convenient as we were getting the bus back to Belfast International Airport). Also very walkable to a plethora of activities, stores (clothing and groceries), restaurants, pubs and bars. My friends and I are already talking about coming back to Belfast at some point, and we’ll definitely be staying here again and if we do.

Bedrooms were a good size with very nice bathroom. Bar area was very nice too and breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice two night stay.

Awesome location , very attentive staff. Beautiful furnishings and quaint atmosphere. Way ahead of their Dublin counterpart for sure I was there during their 15th year anniversary birthday being in Belfast. They greeted me with champagne and smiles. They took my keys for my car and took it away which is so convenient. I can retrieve it anytime I want it to safe location next to the opera house in all the shops and restaurants, I ended up getting the king executive suite which overlooks the city. Very quiet at night. You got 24/7 access to a fitness center and a delicious breakfast.Top notch don't look anywhere else.

Definitely would recommend this hotel to the minute you arrive to you leave. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the bar food was excellent the staff in the bar are amazing more than helpful and friendly. The rooms very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful, some of the best I've ever encountered. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, some bits were really nice and some bits (the bacon for example) were awful. I wouldn't have minded as much if it wasn't incredibly expensive, we only ate there once. Overall I loved it here and would happily stop again.

Absolutely outstanding. The staff were great, the little extras that the hotel offer such as little chocolates being delivered to your room on an evening and turn over service are great. We were staying for an anniversary and the staff arranged us an upgrade. We loved our time there and will definitely be returning

Fantastic stay. Recommend.
Main hotel areas all luxurious and stunning interior design. All staff were friendly and super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing. We had it in the room. Room had lots of little extras that made it special. Wine, popcorn, water, mints, playing cards, robes and slippers. Bed was comfy. Had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend. Room was a bit scruffy, a few mosiac tiles had fallen off in the bathroom, the remnants of a toilet roll sticket were stuck on the towel rail and while the bathroom floor was clean, the edges and corners had not been in a while. Dirty handprints on window. The shower gel was empty. And the pillows were flat and in need of replacing. Carpets in both lifts were in need of a hoover over both days. Another example is one of the pieces of wheaten bread at dinner was rock hard on one end and should never have been served. All minor little things but when paying £260 a night, l expect a fresher room. A 10% tip was included on bill. The service was fantastic and l had intended on leaving 10%, however it would have been preferred that l made that choice rather than it being automatic. Something that l have seen done for larger groups but have never seen done for a group of 2. Like l said, minor things. I do realise that the festive season was crazy busy and the hospitality industry is well understaffed. So l can understand why there may be a back log on maintenence. I enjoyed my stay!! I definitely recommend a visit!
