As you might know, Vietnam has experienced a drop in tourists from many countries such as China, South Korea and Japan.... due to the current Coronavirus situation.In order to maintain business we accept low profit prices, but please accept that :you must stay which the room you booked,-superior room is the cheaplest room in our hotel ,with the good price: most convenient for guest use and optimize the most space for bedroom and living area ,since we publicly inform all our room sizes and info, we feel very sorrythat kind of room was not in-line with your taste,Still have many kinds of room with different design and we would be happy to upgrade for you with an extra charge ,can't free of charge as your request last time BUT WE ALSO UPGRADED THE ROOM WITH THE WINDOW FOC FOR YOU THE NEXT TIME ALREADY , WE TRIED THE BEST UPGRADE 1 TIME ONLY,MUST FAIR FOR ALL OUR GUESTS.We may contact you via your personal email to provide further explaination and improve our offerings.Besides, your feedback is a guideline for us to better train our staff and a platform for us to work on how to make our customer happier .We appreciate you sharing your concerns, The experience you described is not reflecting the quality of service we are usually providing to our guests and especially the most loyal ones . 1/How our guest reviews work???Our reviews are 100% genuine because you get to confirm that the guest has stayed at our hotel with the link from online agent sent to email of or guest.Naturally, reviews are based on guests’ subjective opinions look like your review -so do you think your review :FAKED?
2/Can you read clearly all information about our hotel again ???-we don't show on website our hotel have pool or bar .
3/With the discount price with big promotion for deluxe room -we must pay salary for all staff to serve you, free buffet breakfast ,electric,water ,fee for washing the tower,drap...so please sympathy for us-The room only for 2 people maximum only-Please don't think:you booked the room ,you can stay how many people you want-on website with your booking we showed clearly :which room suitable with how many guest.Please don't compare our hotel with 5 stars hotel and all the time you talked :"with 35 usd i also can stay in 5 stars hotel-not small hotel like this"-you can check on website of any 5 stars hotel about the price and of course you get what you paid for.4/It was our mistake :not explain clearly about the buffet beakfast:ALL FOOD MUST BE READY TO BE ON A DINING TABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH EACH SIGNS,SELF SERVICE-Please understand about that-we can't bring all the food only for your family (you mentioned on review that is Alcarte,the cheft will cook in the kitchen after receive your order)By the way we also want to remind you :avoid bring the food AFTER HAVE BREAKFAST FOR LUNCH AND DINNER-THAT IS THE POCLICY.We’ll work hard to fix the issue you experienced but please follow the policy of hotel.
