Its okay. Some of the things was not up to that standards the one I received previously staying here. The room size was downgraded. Also no windows at all. But for one night staying. It was okay. The location wise is really nice. It’s closed to everything whatever you need.

Paid for a room with windows, only for the view to be a brick wall. No safe for important belongings. Laundry basket had food takeaway rubbish from previous hotel guests. Very limited breakfast selection.

Big family touring Ben Thanh neighhood
Pro: We are a family of 6: mom, dad, teenager girl and 3 younger girls. It is difficult for us to stay in a room together and that is our preference while traveling abroad. We appreciated this hotel having a very spacious VIP room with 3 queen beds. The inside decor with different wall papers was very cute, laminated flooring was also good. Toilet is separate from shower was a plus. Their diner on the rooftop was very serene with beautiful city backdrop. Front desk was friendly, helpful and apologetic with our inconvenience. The location was walking distance to everything we liked and needed: convenience store, boutique shopping, awesome Japanese and Ben Thanh food court dining experiences. Con: upon checking in, we couldnt have our VIP room. Reason given: it was being treated for cockroaches. Toilet room always had that really stinky sewage smell. Hope management will have this rectified. Would we stay here again or recommend large family like us. YES

Run down hotel, not like the photos shown on the website. Towels are worn and old, they have holes in most of them. Breakfast is the worst we ever had, service from reception are very good but not at the breakfast. close to Ben Thanh market, but very hard to catch a taxi because of one way street.

Bilden stämmer inte med vad man får. Vårt rum saknade fönster men det framgick ingenstans. När vi påpekade detta för receptionen kunde de ge oss ett annat rum mot extrabetalning. Dagen efter vår incheckning är det ett annat par som påpekar samma sak. Rummet skulle vara 18kvm men det fick bara plats en säng o skrivbord. Resväskan fick vi delvis lägga i badrummet för att kunna öppna ( en i taget). Läget var det som var bra.

Ace hotel has a good central location close to Ben Thanh market. The hotel room is good and comfortable but quite small. Hot water takes quite a while to heat up remotes for Aircon can be a little annoying. The breakfast was good and on top floor overlooking the city. Staff were helpful friendly, especially Jenny at reception. Overall good hotel.

The receptionists are great. The twin room is really clean, fully provided towels, bathroom is divided into wet and dry areas included items: shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, hairdryer,cottonbud, comb, toilet tissue. The breakfast is simple but great, PHO(noodle) is really delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Warning! Photos are too amazing. Photos look as if the lobby and room are spacious but nope they aren't. WRONG STARS. more like 2 stars. NOT 3.5. Absolutely felt like a scam. There is no pool, no bar and the worst is their breakfast buffet. The dumplings were made in the Hallway. Yes hallway, not the kitchen. The chef making the eggs were munching in front of us while cooking and clearing the area and dishes she used. Ham smelled like it was old and not well refrigerated. Basically not suppose to be served. It was so loud we hear so much noise from the room. Wifi no good.

Please accept my apologies for the unexpected inconvenience of your vacation. 1/How our guest reviews work???Our reviews are 100% genuine because you get to confirm that the guest has stayed at our hotel with the link from online agent sent to email of or guest.Naturally, reviews are based on guests’ subjective opinions look like your review -so do you think your review :FAKED? 2/Can you read clearly all information about our hotel again ???-we don't show on website our hotel have pool or bar . 3/With the discount price with big promotion for deluxe room -we must pay salary for all staff to serve you, free buffet breakfast ,electric,water ,fee for washing the tower,drap...so please sympathy for us-The room only for 2 people maximum only-Please don't think:you booked the room ,you can stay how many people you want-on website with your booking we showed clearly :which room suitable with how many guest.Please don't compare our hotel with 5 stars hotel and all the time you talked :"with 35 usd i also can stay in 5 stars hotel-not small hotel like this"-you can check on website of any 5 stars hotel about the price and of course you get what you paid for.4/It was our mistake :not explain clearly about the buffet beakfast:ALL FOOD MUST BE READY TO BE ON A DINING TABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH EACH SIGNS,SELF SERVICE-Please understand about that-we can't bring all the food only for your family (you mentioned on review that is  Alcarte,the cheft will cook in the kitchen after receive your order)By the way we also want to remind you :avoid bring the food  AFTER HAVE BREAKFAST FOR LUNCH AND DINNER-THAT IS THE POCLICY.We’ll work hard to fix the issue you experienced but please follow the policy of hotel.   Brgs,
