This 3 BR, 2 BA home sits on a quiet street and offers the opportunity to relax by the private heated pool*, walk/bike the 3/4 of a mile to PD's famous beaches, or get some exercise with tennis, golf, or pickleball. Close to Shelter Cove shopping and dining. HHI is a pedestrian and bike friendly area with plenty to do. Fully furnished and equipped for up to 10 people, Off Shore 38 is ready for your vacation.
The welcoming front porch leads into a bright foyer. Around the fireplace, you will find a large family room with vaulted ceilings, flat widescreen TV with surround sound, and plenty of room to lounge. A desk with high-speed internet is available in case work interferes with your vacation time. Off the family room is a Carolina room with generous seating and views of the pool, backyard and golf course.
One side of the home has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. The other has two full beds and a library. Both have walk-in closets and extra twin mattresses for additional sleeping. A shared bath sits conveniently between the bedrooms.
The other side of home has the primary bedroom, kitchen and dining. The primary suite sports a king bed, walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors to the backyard. Enjoy a rain shower in the remodeled en-suite bathroom then step into a fresh terry bathrobe made available during your stay.
Every bedroom has a flat screen TV. The primary bedroom has a smart TV. The twin bedroom has an xBox. Wireless internet and basic cable provided. The owners have also included a pack-n-play and a highchair.
The kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless-steel appliances and is completely equipped with all you need. Choose your coffee preference: drip coffee maker, Keurig and espresso machine are all options. Dishes, silverware, mixing and serving ware as well as pots, pans and cooking utensils are all available. Small appliances include crockpot, blender, toaster and electric griddle. Full laundry sits right off the kitchen. There is a grill on the back patio; grill tools are in the kitchen. The dining room has seating for 8 and a full wet bar with bar tools, glassware and entertaining tools.
The well-maintained backyard looks out onto the golf course. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the Shelter Cove Towne Center with many restaurants and shops as well as grocery. During summer months watch the fireworks show at Shelter Cove from the backyard. Short bike ride to the immaculate private beach. Enjoy entertainment at beachfront Dunes House.
