We love the Omni in Hilton Head! The level of service is great, and they have a good assortment of dining options. We love the multiple pools depending on your mood and the buoy bar is a total favorite. Will definitely be coming back!

The decorating and room size is perfect. The beach and pools are very nice. Tons to do. My only complaint is the 40.00 per day resort fee does not include bikes for the beach or beach chairs. Whatever is included is most likely free anyways anywhere else. We will go back.

Overall, the experience was good. We did however, have an incident in the parking are. Some garden divider stones that separate the asphalt from the lawn were not secure and as my husband was stepping from one to the other, the rocks gave way and he fell flat on his face. Hurting his knee and cutting it up. Could have been very serious. We did inform and show the staff but three days later it was not roped off and still like that. Very unsafe.

The worst room service. They don’t even care if there is hair in the shower area or to put the pillows back on the sofa. They don’t do room service until 4pm when we are resting in the room.

The property is in need of a major reservation. It was hot and muggy in as our AC did not work, despite the team trying to fix it. The service level has gone done over that years. In addition the fridge smelled bad abs the coffee makes broke.

Loved the room, it was spacious and nice and clean! Lobby was put together nicely as well, and staff was always nice! Pool on the other hand was dirty and trash was left everywhere. Asking with hot tubs full of sand, with beer and wine glasses sitting everywhere. Parking lot, trash was blowing everywhere from over full trash bins and birds eating the scraps! Nasty is a good word. Did valet parking so we didn’t have to park in trash and look at it all. Really a let down. Considering how nice everything else was! No clean pool towels other time we were down at the pool/ got tub areas!! Had to bring our own room towels. This was a big let down as well. Got all the way down there Ava had to go back to get towels! Should be doing way better than this!! Feel we are owed apologies. But we understand it’s hard to get good help. So I get it, sorta. Just a lot of money for dirty pills and hot tubs and wading through trashy parking lots.

They would only issue one room card per room I got to my room and it was open The worst was that they wouldn't take anything other than a room charge for anything at the hotel(bars restaurants shop). Room charges were hand written. They were unable to give me an itemized list the night before my checkout. Very disappointed with the hotel for the price.

Nice amenities with heated pools and beach access. Omni could only providen us with one room key for the week, so that was very inconvenient for us to move about the property. On prem food was good.

I just went with my grandson for spring break, we loved it !!!! There were a lot of kids, so he had a lot of fun. The staff is excellent !!! The food not so much, but there are fantastic restaurants on the island.

Beautiful 1st rate resort on beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC.Very caring staff. When I came down one morning to ask that housekeeping disinfect the bathroom, because my friend had gotten sick, the mgr immediately ran for a bottle of Gatorade for my friend. So sweet and thoughtful! I was reassured that it was not a problem. When we got back to our very clean room, we found a basket with iced tea, orange juice, snacks and fruit for my friend. It was very much appreciated. My friend is very sick, but still can travel. This was a "trip before things get worse." She was even able to meet with a few relatives. I can not stress enough how your beautiful resort and staff gave us joy. Thank you all.

Well there was construction materials all over the place the floors outside the hallway of our room or filthy and full of drywall dust there were work boxes bathtub stacked. My wife fell getting out of the car because of the curb. The water was spitting air and dirt the front desk clerk when we checked in, we asked for a nice place for dinner because it was our wedding. And she seemed to talk down to us and when we asked about one restaurant, she said oh that’s fancy in a sarcastic manner. The one manager offered to change rooms I told him that we were getting married and couldn’t do it call them back after our wedding and the front desk. Clark said he was gone and there were no rooms available overall horrible experience with the hotel. We went to find dinner the night we checked in at the restaurant and basically the Matt tried to point us in the direction of sandwiches felt like he thought we couldn’t afford the fine dining, which wasn’t even that fine. The meal was barely average!

Gorgeous property on the ocean. There are renovations going on most of the property. Constant construction and they use the elevators as well. Would love to stay again when complete and they definitely should offer a discount for a stay during this time or a discount for a future stay. We used the spa while there that is pricey and although the staff is amazing....you can hear construction while getting a "relaxing " massage.
