Tres bien situé.
Parking public dispo à côté mais très cher (env 25£) Hôtel très bien situé à 5mn du centre ville (Millenium stadium, château, centre ville). chambres confortables avec grand lit et clim. En attente des prises USB encore dans certaines chambres Petit déjeuner très bon , surtout la partie britannique. Très copieux. Le personnel - cette fois ci - aurait pu être un peu rapide dans le traitement des demandes ; au prix de la chambre cela fait aussi partie des prestations

Parking NCP assez cher (22£/ nuit) en face de l hôtel mais pour lequel l hôtel offre une petite remise Petit déjeuner buffet très bon avec du choix , type britannique, type européen ou germanique Chambre confortable, avec une ptite attention (cakes au chocolat). Grand lit. Clim pas bruyante. Certaines chambres disposent même de prises européennes (mais pas toutes) Accueil correct, sans plus Emplacement à 3mn à pied du château et du centre ville

Chambre confortable Bon petit déjeuner buffet ; comme d hab il vaut mieux privilégier déjeuner britannique que viennoiseries à la française. Hôtel confortable bien situé à 2 à 5 mn à pied du centre ville ; je n ai pas testé les facilités (piscine) de l hôtel

Très bon hôtel
Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du château de Cardiff et du centre, chambre spatieuse et propre, literie très confortable et rideaux occultants, buffet du petit déjeuner varié et bon, personnel sympa et serviable. Éviter les chambres situées sur la route le week-end car peu être un petit peu bruyant.

A good option for near to town.
Good location and nice clean room. The sink tap appeared to be faulty in the room so ran all night and disturbed our sleep. Also someone entered our room in the morning 90mins before checkout and caught me topless. I assume it was hotel staff. We didn't get to use the hotel spa or restaurant so cannot comment

Arrived at 5pm, needing to rest, having booked a Superior Room. Unfortunately, "Winter Wonderland" was in full swing immediately outside, as well as the tv not working. Reception said the fair would finish at 10pm and that it wasn't a problem for other guests. We asked to be moved and were downgraded, but away from the noise. The heating did not function. At 7pm, we were finally moved to another room, which was satisfactory. Two hours wasted - we could not even use the pool, or spa by this time. Reception kindly offered to refund the £10 price difference on the room we were eventually allocated. In the morning, we arrived early for breakfast. We waited in the doorway as instructed, and waited some time before we were seated. The continental breakfast was quite pleasant, but the cooked breakfast, on the other hand, was terrible. Nothing appeared to be freshly cooked, even though we were amongst the first in the dining room. Bacon was like cardboard, the sausages were overcooked and tasteless, and the eggs were like rubber (and when I checked the menu, they were supposed to be cooked to order). Had I not prepaid for our stay, i would have refused to pay when checking out. Staff didn't seem to care. We were told "sorry". 4 stars - absolutely not in my book. Awful

An ok stay
The overnight stay was to celebrate my husbands birthday. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with a few things. Despite the room being very clean, it definitely needs updating. The room was very spacious but not very modern. Breakfast was very busy so we had to wait. This was not a problem for us though. Tea snd coffee arrived after we’d finished our breakfast. The tea snd coffee weren’t very nice at all but the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Lovely breakfast and definitely worth the extra cost. Parking was expensive at the NCP, which is the only thing I'd have changed.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here as a it was gift for her birthday, she said that the hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely. This hotel is a lot more luxurious than others and worth the money for a treat. She said she would definitely stay again and is highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the spa but it was a bit cold and far too much chlorine in the hot tub so you couldn’t stay in it too long as burned your eyes. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely plenty of selection for every requirement.
