nourriture minable
Belle vue sur la mer , la chambre ėtait grande, par contre le buffet du breakfast était beaucoup trop cher, peu de choix comparé a d'autres hôtels. il y avait des mouches sur les pâtisseries et pas beaucoup de plats chauds.

While the property is dated, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. I particularly liked the comfortable chairs at the large picture windows looking over the water. Staff were great.

Fantastic location as everything is within walking distance Beach 2min across the road/hot spas and pools directly opposite with complimentary access to gym Reception service was very helpful and requests were always attended to. Special mention to the girls in the restaurant who were absolutely delightful with 6 star service and the food is exceptional……these girls made our stay a much more pleasant experience, hotels that have staff who take pride in there presentation and customer service are what makes holidays truly amazing

We liked that location. The hotel was close to the shops. We disliked the attitude from the staff towards us. The room were surface clean. We could see dust and specks of rubbish on the floor before we got there. Vacumming not completed under the bedsx.

The location is perfect and you can easily walk to the marine parade, the war memorial, the centennial park and even the prison. There’s a hot pool complex in front of the hotel so that’s an option as well

海の目の前で景色や雰囲気がいいです。道路を挟んで反対側にSPA(有料)もあるので、便利です。飲食店、ショッピング街も徒歩圏内。ワイナリーも車で30分も走れば行けます。ただ、朝食は毎日同じメニューなので好き嫌いがわかれますが。

A very pricy hotel that has it's worth in the closeness to the beach. We stayed in Hilton for the same price - this hotel is not near the standard of Hilton.

Fantastic location, walking distance to town, great views. Seems a little dated but still pleasant. A little loud due to ice maker and laundry but still enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is looking tired and in some areas not very clean. Our room had a large coffee stain on the carpet that had been there a while. Staff at check in did not have good English understanding and a question we had was just not answered. This is not helpful. The hotel has a car charger but nowhere does it say on their website to bring your own cable, or if it is free or not. Breakfast buffet was very average and not good value. The bed was comfortable.

The view was amazing. The room smelled like cologne. The breakfast was not good but pricey. Coffee was like water and none of the food was hot just lukewarm. And, they charged us for a coke that we didn’t take from the mini bar. Unless they charged us for the milk that wasn’t on the mini bar ticket. We assumed that was free since the 6 other places we stayed in NZ gave us milk.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with awesome views and super comfy beds. We stayed with 2 kids and rooms are reasonably sized to accommodate 4. Convenient location. Highly recommended!

Excellent room, spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient location & good parking. Just a lot of banging doors from neighbouring rooms. Perhaps having closing mechanisms fitted to the doors would help. Would stay again when visiting Napier.

Overall stay was ok. The mini fridge in my room wasn’t working which sucked cause it was so hot and I wanted to keep drinks cold. The room isn’t very soundproof even to the point I could hear the neighbour opening and closing their drawers and when using the bathroom.
