Excellent établissement idéalement placé !
Incroyablement bien situé au coeur d'Hambourg, tout est accessible dans un rayon de 15 à 25 minutes à pied, tout en étant dans un endroit calme et avec toutes les commodités proches (boulangerie, supérettes, métros et train pour l'aéropport). L'appartement est grand, une cuisine bien fournie permet de prendre de vrais repas, et il y a un service de nettoyage quotidien qui donne une capsule pour le lave-vaisselle chaque jour par exemple. Vraiment un sans-faute ! Espace piscine et sauna de qualité, et évidemment, accueil et attention du personnel au top :) Nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir choisi cet établissement au rapport qualité/prix et prestations de grande qualité. Ne changez rien, c'est parfait ! Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner, mais le service proposé semble aussi à la hauteur. Bravo !

Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel pendant deux semaines en juillet 2015. Tout était très bien, un accueil aimable, un cadre agréable, et un quartier très sympathique pour visiter la ville. J'ai surtout apprécié la piscine et la petite salle de fitness. J'ai trouvé le rapport qualité prix intéressant.

Aéroport ayant perdu mes bagages. La réception a fait le nécessaire en donnant a plusieurs reprises les coups de téléphone a l aeroport pour les retrouver ce qui m a permis de faire la croisière dans le grand nord .merci encore de leur gentillesse et professionnalisme

Zentral gelegenes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb und die Hotelbar nicht geöffnet. Das „Gym“ ist mit wenigen veralteten Geräten bestückt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, obwohl jeden Tag genau das Gleiche angeboten wurde. Für uns hat das aber gut gepasst, da wirklich alles da war. Durch das extra Schlafzimmer hatten wir mit unserem 14-jährigen Sohn einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Check in was friendly and informative advising of us faculties available such as pool and bar. Our room was lovely perfectly clean and well proportioned with comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Turned out pool was not available as there was maintenance issues but this was not very clear to non German speaking guests and not advised in checkin. Also bar was unavailable not open and no explanation provided. Some staff were great others not so helpful. Poor compensation offered for the broken pool and closed bar. Shame as hotel was lovely otherwise.

Fantastic place to stay
Amazing stay, we had a long and awkward day, we went to wrong hotel, we booked the room incorrect and the key cards wouldn’t work. The FOH staff dealt with us superbly, thank you Sabrina and her colleague (apologies) …opened my eyes to the world of Adina. It’s the future… Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, easy parking, supermarket and places to eat nearby ….

Amiable and sweet staff. Rooms are spacy and clean, the area is quiet but walking distance to all the coolest neighborhoods (Karoviertel!). Unfortunately, the bar was closed when we arrived and the breakfast buffet is too small and lackluster for the price. Everything else is excellent though!

Tolle Lage und sehr gute Anbindung. Auch zu Fuß bequem alles errreichbar.Ruhig trotz zentraler Lage und sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Großes gut ausgestattetes Studio, viel Freiraum für drei Personen. Einrichtung hatte kleine Mängel: eine Leselampe für abends ließ sich nur mit der geamten Küchenbeleuchtung anschalten, was die Atmosphäre störte, eine andere hatte gar keinen Schalter. Das ist Meckern auf hohem Nivieau aber vielleicht hilfreich um aud hervorragend perfekt zu machen.

Very clean hotel with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Walking distance to the Hamburg carnival and red light district in St Paul's. Walking distance to tram and subway. Pool and Sauna were very nice as well.

Mycket bra läge. Gångavstånd till mycket. Fräscht, tyst, lugn gata. Rejält rum om man väljer det större rummet. Ända minuset är att det finns för få parkeringsplatser i garaget som tillhör hotellet. Går att lösa med andra parkeringsgarage men ändå smidigast att ha det nära.
