This place is just ok. My room smelled really musty. The fitness room was very limited. But the location is good. And the property itself isn’t run down or dingy. Breakfast was aight.

When me and my cousin checked in and arrived to our room, we noticed that it smelled like urine as if someone urinated on the carpet in the corner by the table. The bathtub diverter cap was hanging and exposed the hole in the bathtub. The dark carpet was dirty. There was a rip in the curtain.My cousin and I did not feel comfortable in the room. My nephew checked in is room and immediately requested that his room be changed as his room was dirty with food left on the table from the previous quest. Electrical sockets exposed.He also was not comfortable in his room. My other nephew and his two sons (school age and toddler) checked in and felt uncomfortable about being in the room, but slept in as they arrived late in the night. The next day, my nephew reported that his toddler son complained about his neck itching and when my nephew looked, he had a trail of bed bug bites. He immediately called all of us and we all went to the front desk and requested to check out of the property.

I got there late at night the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, they had cereal, oatmeal, eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, waffles, etc. The room is ok for the price, is an old building with old stuff but it work ok for us.

On woodruff td in Greenville sc the first smell really bad so I went back to office and ask for a another room an it smell bad as hell like smoke I got a really bad headache and I left the keys in the room and went home. Never stayed there again in my life

Got an “upgraded” room and didn’t have toiletries, most outlets did not work, the air conditioner literally fell off the wall in the night without any touching. The stay started out with me walking to the lobby and expecting a greeting such as welcome to whatever the hotel is called but no I just got a stare down from two of the Hotel staff. So I said hello expecting a greeting from the hotel staff, but just more staring, I had to explain to them that I was checking in. i’ve stayed in worse places, but not in this country.

Tires underneath stairs the employee who checked us in was rude toilet paper in peep hole on door etc. We try to stay with Wyndham when we travel but this one was not up to the standards we are use too. Especially the staff. It is our first time not to enjoy our stay! We will continue to stay at Wyndham again but not this one

Budget Stay at a location that shows it's age.
Overall I guess you get what you pay for. I redeemed my Hotels.com points for this and I'm very disappointed. The place definitely shows it's age. There was tape on certain light switches, for some reason a pair of glasses was taped on the door stop behind the front door. For the price there are a few other locations nearby that are better and newer.

Could of been better
The room we had was clean but there was alot of dead bugs in the bathroom along the wall.Our room had 3 cockroaches running up and down the wall. We ended up changing rooms but was a pain to lug all our belongings from downstairs to upstairs. I ended up leaving before scheduled due to car problems. I did get a refund for days we didnt used but doubt if we would go there again. We also received 50% off the one night due to the roaches.

This facility does not meet the Wyndham standards. There was black mold in the tile around the tub. Very gross. I was up all night the 3rd night as there was a cockroach running all over until I was able to kill it. I then could not sleep becuz I was up concerned that roaches would crawl on me while I was asleep. We don’t plan to stay there ever again. Very stressful

My room was on the back side and warehouses were in back. Every night between 2 and 4 AM garbage trucks would roll in to empty dumpsters and wake me up. Coming back at night in the dark, I several times witnessed groups of people by the warehouses using drugs (marijuana, at least, which I could smell). Felt unsafe until I got from my car to my room and locked the door. Room itself had no kleenex, 1 lamp didn't work and the toilet barely flushed. Everything was old and rundown, like they just didn't care. I was happy to check out.

Hello Robbins, We would like to apologize for your experience with the smell, we implement a strict no-smoking policy and make sure that guests who violate those are reprimanded. We would appreciate it if these issues were reported during your stay as we could have sent back our cleaners and done a more thorough refresh of the room.
