I got to the place was not staff at the checking area wait like 30 minutes no body ever show up ending go to another hotel so sad situation

The hotel was clean and quiet. All the staff was polite and very accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family if they need a place to stay in the Greenville area. The one disappointing thing was that on the first morning on my stay, there was no apple juice available for breakfast.

This property was quiet, convenient and so comfortable. I stayed to catch an early flight from GSP. The hotel shuttle was on time and the staff were above and beyond courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

It’s a really nice hotel and seems very clean! Only thing I had a problem with was they smell in the room mostly the bathroom. The drains seemed to be a little clogged so there was a weird sewage smell not horrible but not the best! The lady gave me some spray to get rid the smell and it got a lot better!!

First room smelled like something died in it. 2nd room body wash was completely empty making me wonder if the bathroom was properly cleaned. I appreciate that they serve a hot breakfast but it was pretty bad. The eggs were pretty terrible and the bagel tasted like it had been sitting unwrapped in the back of a freezer for 2 years. The coffee was luke warm at best and did not taste very good either. I had stayed at Wingates before with no issue. There are many better options at this price range.

We were literally looking for a place to crash for the night during a longer travel. The room was clean and comfortable and well supplied. The AC in the room was not working properly, but the temperature was comfortable enough that I was able to turn it off and still sleep. Check in and check out was a simple process and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, our stay was good and the room served it’s purpose. Would recommend this location to anyone traveling in the Greenville area.

Cleanliness was questionable. Hotel was fairly quiet except for the extremely loud double doors at the entrance. Metal on metal screeching every time they open and close. Unfortunately, I could hear this noise even on the second floor and it disrupted my sleep.

Ice cold shower in room we checked into definitely no bueno…but the mgt did move us to an upgraded room when I complained about it so I think that was a fair resolution

Overall, for a short weekend trip it was good. But it didn’t seem the room was cleaned to the standard. The floor had small trash and food bits that would not be there if it was vacuumed and cleaned with attention. Towels and washing clothes were stained (the cleaned ones) and when we requested new ones we were told they didn’t have a lot more to give which was weird to me but the issue was resolved so I was satisfied. Over bed was comfortable and room satisfied its purpose. The area is really good
