Soccer trip stay
The location was good, the hotel was clean and quiet. It was well priced and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the quality of the pull out sofa bed, we could feel the coils as it was thin. The main bed was comfortable and the sheets were good. Great water pressure in the shower.

Enjoyed our family time. Under couch cushions needed cleaning. (crumbs etc). Didn’t want to unfold couch after lifting cushions. Slept on top of couch not pulled out. Not comfy. Needed ice right away and there wasn’t any in our freezer yet. No one offered to get us any. Really disappointing.

Pick A Different Hotel
Pick a different hotel if you can. I travel all over for business. I picked this because of the name and reputation the name has. This specific location does everything in my opinion at the minimum requirement - checkbox management (no above and beyond here). My guess is management does not realize they are in the hospitality business, they just think they are in "business" and that treatment resonates to all of the guests and employees (except Raven at the front desk...she was amazing, if you own a business in the area -hire her!). There are 5-6 hotels across the street here - check them out.

We uphold guidelines of our property with the intentions of all our guests. Proper measures and procedures are in place to ensure Marriott standards. Our management team follow all policies in place. Third party reservations has a different Marriott procedure.

very pricy hotel, but location is great, i don't like that they have animals at the location, i am very allergic to pet hair, our room was amazing and very tranquil but smelled like smoke.

About room did not have a working telephone and we asked it to be fixed or ,I’ve us. They never did either. Also on Thursday, April 19th they had live music outside from 7:00pm-midnight and we could not sleep because so loud.

We never had any recorded complaints. Sorry you feel we have fallen short of your expectations. The phone service was addressed to our maintenance team.

Front desk friendly, other than that the hotel is roach infested, dirty, fireplace didnt work, no hot water until the afternoon. Breakfast wasnt prepared. Crust around the containers, undergarments left in the drawer, butter and milk lefr in the refrigerator. At least 9-10 roaches crawling up and down the wall. Property pool was closed; property was under repair; the boiler went out so we had no hot water one day; and significant insect probably in kitchen disposal. However, staff and management were great in given what they have to endure on a daily basis with such a terrible situation of a building which is out of their control.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The hotel was poorly maintained. The wall paper in the room was peeling off, there was Lady Bugs crawling around the bathroom. Couch had MASSIVE stains on it. Then, of our own fault, we left an item. Thankfully, the hotel called and left a voicemail letting me know that we had forgotten said item. When I called back to see when I could pick it up, I was picked up and hung up on 3 times and on the 4th try, I got an answer saying stop calling and hung up. I called again same person said, please hold. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and my wife called 10 minutes later and they picked up immediately and let us know when we could get the item. But the customer service was TERRIBLE!

Grateful for a place to stay
Glad they are planning on remodeling, really needs it. Bathroom is moldly and dishwasher fell out of the wall. Toilet seemed updated but tub drain was slow. Mostly clean room though except for old stains on doors and walls. They had dishes in the unit, a full refrigerator and cooktop. The microwave door was falling off but it worked. Good potential, would stay again if they complete renovations. This used to be a really nice hotel 10 years ago. It is located in quieter part of town and is near many good restaurants. Glad we were able to check in on Christmas day though, really appreciated having a plce to stay while visiting relatives. Thanks to hotel staff who are really nice and came to work on a major holiday!

Disappointed in this hotel
The fridge was dirty, the microwave was nasty, food all over the inside of it, the sofa had a big stain on it, the blow dryer was broke. I don’t think the room was even cleaned before we entered. I was so disappointed in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn’t seen to care.

My room was on the first floor near the lobby, but it was still very quiet and private. Room was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The location is also convenient to restaurants and several major highways.

They staff was so great and they really cared about our needs. However the property is really worn down from the common areas inside, halls, and rooms. The maintenance man mentioned the property is scheduled for a full remodel which is needed. Just don’t have a schedule for it yet.

They closed down the pool with out any reason now. I called to clean my room, I was yelled at, felt like I owe them. It was worse experience staying at Any Marriot Hotel.
