Property is under remodel and they want $100 cash deposit. Biggest problem was that Expedia said my room was booked but when i showed up at 1:15a to get my room and was told they didn't have any rooms since 10p.

The lobby was under construction, which happens - but the entire place was a huge mess. It looked like they made no effort to keep the space tidy at all. We had no towels in our room, when I went to get some they gave me bath mats instead of towels, nd no washcloths at all. There were Nts in the tub. An employee finally started cleaning the hallways....at 10 pm. No breakfast as advertised the next morning and the lady that checked me in was VERY rude. I don't care how much they lower the price because of the construction, it's not worth it. Go someplace else!

This hotel is under construction. We were given room that lock was broken, shower head was hanging off wall and someone else’s belongings were in closet which also had trash. Left and asked for refund and went to other hotel next door. I do not see that charges were cancelled

Not much, I had to go to front desk just to get towels etc. for my room. When I booked it they at least had coffee in the morning. I have stayed there before and this was one stays I have had anywhere!!

This location was under construction and that should have been stated on the website. We would have not booked this room if we had known. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the bed was hard a brick and the hallways looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in years. And as soon as you step on the elevator it immediately smelled like weed. Gross place, we will not go back.

Room was ok. But property is going under renovation. So stuff everywhere. Drywall in the halls. Lobby was full of construction supplies. Very dirty. Night desk guy was very rude. People above us never stopped running or jumping or something ALL night both nights. Smelled of weed thoughout entire hotel especially at night. Bed sheets had pee stains on them. Luckily we were not in the room much. You get what you pay for though.

Where to start… First, this hotel should be closed until renovations are complete. Exterior was poorly lit and not identified as the Microtel (so a challenge to find). It was full of construction debris and dirt. The room was halfway renovated. The heating unit was filthy. There was caulk and other debris in the room and on the walls. Bathroom door didn’t shut. No hot water in the shower. No lock on the door (other than deadbolt, there was no physical bar lock). Exactly one stained bath towel with no towels or washcloths available (I asked). No breakfast, even though I was told at check-in that a continental breakfast would be provided (it wasn’t). I will say the bed was comfortable and appeared clean, so there’s a plus! And the staff that I did meet were pleasant and making the best of a bad situation. Regardless I won’t be back.

All that construction took up space in the halls of the hoteland the parking lot. Very inconvenient! The smell was just horrible. You could tell that people were living there. The dirty stained carpet was everywhere from the halls to inside of my room!

Don’t do it!!!!!keep going!!!! don’t be fooled by the cheap price!!! This hotel is currently under construction looks like they purchased it from abandoned property auction. As soon as I walked in the building, I was disappointed, checking online to see if I could cancel or exchange. The receptionist at the desk for check-in seemed very overwhelmed. There was a young man not sure if he worked for this company or he was just hanging out, but he seemed very friendly into everybody’s business. The elevators did not work. We were put on the second floor. The carpets were disgustingly filthy, not only stains from the paint from remodeling, but who knows what was dragged out of that place, the whole structure smelt like freshly painted mildew. When we got to our room, the curtains were hanging halfway off the window, restroom was freshly painted over mold, and had cockroaches. I was so tired I fell asleep, I did check for bedbugs and I didn’t find any. About 2 AM. The fire alarm was set off. I heard somebody running, I figured it was the junkies staying in the building. Then again, the fire alarm went off for the second time and I could hear firetrucks coming. I didn’t pay it any mind because I was super tired and I figured that the alarm had notified the fire station next thing you know we’re woken up out of a dead sleep by firefighters to evacuate the building. The building was full of smoke, and we had to go outside into the rain. Nooooo thank you, never again!!!!!

While the staff were great, the property is being remodeled and should NOT be open for business. Our room didn't even have furniture. There is NO breakfast as advertised. The place is a complete mess with construction boxes all over the lobby. I could go on and on. Close up the place until at least an entire floor of rooms are ready - OR - discount the place to $40 a night

Please don't stay here.
I'll start with the positive. The front desk person was pleasant and polite. The hotel itself is in shambles. Apparently they're remodeling, the elevator didn't work. The hallways were dirty with stains on the rug. The room was oddly put together. TV was mounted too high, the fridge had a science experiment and the toilet wouldn't shut off. There was nowhere to hang a shirt. This is a 1 star hotel that should be shut down and gutted.

This property was horrible. They are currently undergoimg renovations and had I known it would be to that extent my family would've stayed elsewhere. Nothing worked in our room including the toilet, tv, and door lock. We were given keys to someone else room and that person pulled out a gun that was loaded. I will be contacting orbitz corporate office I have never had such a negative experience at a Microtel before like this.

I'm too old for this!
I did not check in. There were no signs on the exterior of the building, the lobby stank and was being used for storage. Luckily the woman at the desk let me go see the room before charging my card. The room stank, there were cigarette burns in the cover, and only one light (a table lamp).

Terrible hotel
The hotel was filthy including the rooms. Mold everywhere and squashed roaches on the walls.

Not a great experience
The hotel was not clean at all. Walking down the halls I wanted to turn around, but I had already paid and couldn't find anything else in the area. I hope it is in renovation because it was so dirty. I didn't sleep well at all. Just not comfortable.

Pathetic and ridiculous amenities in the room
The staff provided outstanding service. I am extremely disappointed with the amenities in the room. Saying I am angry does not even describe what I feel. I am furious. If you wish to know more please call me at 512-9473907. There are too many problems I had and will take too long to document it.

The carpets looked like a class of first graders were given glue and buckets of vomit. I’m pretty sure someone died in the end stair well, that’s blood splatter on the wall and door. My room was in piss poor condition, for the price you would expect better. Seriously take a little pride in your facilities. I will say the receptionists were very kind and friendly. My bed was lumpy amd squeaky, the sheets were maybe clean, maybe invest in some bleach?

Do Not Stay Here!! Honestly I’m not one to leave reviews however this hotel needs to be demolished. The host at the front desk was kind however when we made our way to the room. It was absolutely horrifying. The sheets were dirty, the toilet tissue holder was rusted. The towels and wash cloths looked as if they’ve been used and after a long drive this wasn’t close to the expectations we were expecting. We then of course proceeded to ask if by any chance there was something else available because maybe there’s been a mix up. The host proceeded to say prematurely that the cleaning staff hasn’t been able to get to all the rooms. I hadn’t even mention my issue yet with the room when he stated this. So it was as if he knew that room was filthy and disgusting and just didn’t relay this information. He offered a larger room, extra space and apologized for the inconvenience. Great right, wrong. My man had to tap on the bathroom light a few times to get it to turn on. Someone must’ve spilled red wine or something on the carpet, once

This hotel looks great from the outside but is really run-down and shoddy inside. The carpet is old and stained in the hallways and rooms, and the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The third floor is a smoking floor, but the entire hotel smells like smoke and weed. The staff were nice and tried to help, but the place is just in awful condition. The bathroom and showers had permanent stains in the fixtures, and even the walls of the rooms are damaged. It had the feel of a place where weekend parties by high school kids are allowed to go berzerk. As nice as the staff was, we had to leave and go somewhere else.

The staff was extremely friendly and the service was good except for the fact that the maintenance man decided to go MIA so therefore the request that was made for a remote was never honored so we were unable to watch television. The 3rd floor was a smoking floor but the smell was more than of cigarettes. The room was decent but there were many roaches.
