My first room was not very clean. The smoke detector had been pulled out and the peep hole in the door was taken out so you could see straight into the room from the hallway. However, when i asked to switch rooms, the lady was very accommodating and got me a new one.

Outside smells like horse crap at night. The overnight clerk will certainly ruin your breakfast being loud and constant talking to incoming clerk. No respect for patrons.

They advertise a full breakfast but every one of my 3 mornings there I was informed they “had no staff” and thus it was day old bagels. The first room I had, the TV didn’t work, the second room they moved me to had a barely functioning toilet that ran nonstop and a shrieking door and creaky shower. In short, this place is not good even for its price. The Super 8 nearby was far superior.

BED BUGS. My room was infested with bed bugs. I'm suffering an infection and an allergic reaction to HUNDREDS of bed bug bites. Management refuses to answer to make things right. I stayed for business and this was the worst outcome possible. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay anywhere else but here.

Room was clean and bed is comfortable. I wish I had known there was not an elevator. My husband had knee replacement in July and I have had two knees replaced so it was not fun walking up the stairs carrying our suitcases and items. The clerk was not welcoming, barely talked at all, never gave us Wi-Fi info or breakfast times. I didn’t bother to ask either.

Avoid at all costs
The pool was closed. The tv did not work. The bed was not made from someone else being in it. The windows had plywood over them. We immediately checked back out. I expect a full refund as we did not stay there due to the conditions.

Great staff/ comfy beds!
My room was nice. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. There was a tornado during my stay and the staff did everything they could to help everyone staying at the hotel. Staff was great and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is my tv didn’t work so I had to switch rooms other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

Disappointed that the ice machine was broken. Bathroom tiny and hardly any room around the sink. Other than that everything was great. Great service, everything was very clean. Pillows were just right. Would definitely stay there again. Lobby looked really nice. Was quite happy with my stay there and I slept great.

Great freindly staff, accommodation was made with no questions asked. I accidentally booked a single bed and needed two. I asked the receptionist and without hesitation she chabged my room. Good breakfast, great stay overall.

The person manning the desk was really nice. The pool was ice cold and since it was in the 20's outside getting a motel with an indoor pool was wasted.
